The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They really made our stay enjoyable.
The bed was big and comfortable which was important because we were very jetlagged. The restaurant downstairs was really good too.

The shower has a split system but one of them is broken and it sprayed cold water from the wall. The mould in the shower can be removed by resealing around the seals.

O banheiro é bom, mas o fato de ser fechado com vidro atrapalha a pessoa dormindo quando a outra quer usar o banheiro. No primeiro quarto (406) também o mecanismo que transfere o fluxo do chuveirinho para o chuveiro de teto estava com mau funcionamento
O banheiro é bom, mas o fato de ser fechado com vidro atrapalha a pessoa dormindo quando a outra quer usar o banheiro. No primeiro quarto (406) também o mecanismo que transfere o fluxo do chuveirinho para o chuveiro de teto estava com mau funcionamento. Ficamos também 2 dias sem WiFi no quarto e a recepção sempre dizendo que a manutenção estaria a caminho. Finalmente, no terceiro dia de reclamação, foi oferecido a troca de quarto para o 704, onde tudo funcionava perfeitamente e é até de uma categoria maior.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is extremely clean , the room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous.Breakfast was great making it for a very pleasant and nutritious start of the day. Housekeeping staff delivered an impeccable service. The location is surrounded by nice restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. A couple of details that enriched the experience: a 24 h coffee machine in the lounge and a water filter in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Cumbres Lastarria.
