Had to get someone to show me how to operate tv. Another complicated procedure that could be solved with written instructions.

The location is good. On the main highway close to several businesses and other hotels.

Cons:

The room we had consisted of a bed, sofa, and desk and seemed slightly outdated, with a stale, old room smell. The bedding didn’t smell fresh either (unfortunately). The bathroom sink was not draining properly; it was slow-draining. The bathroom ceiling vents were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre, with the sausage and bacon not fully cooked. The eggs and potatoes seemed to have just been warmed and pre-prepared in packages. Lots of little things can be improved. It really could be a nice place if there was an emphasis on cleanliness.

Pros:

The location was convenient for our needs, the staff were very helpful and the room was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Good value for the price.
