A real Tuscany experience just a few steps outside Florence storic centre
Pros:

Great stay at this hotel. Definitely an unforgettable time surrounded by the tuscan charm.
Staff very attentive, polite and always ready with a smile to help.
Very convenient the shuttle service.
Beautiful common areas and outdoor spaces

Pros:

The hotel is a very beautiful old villa with gorgeous grounds. The location is perfect if you don't want to be in the busy city center. They offer free parking and a shuttle van that will bring you back and forth to the city.

Cons:

The weather was very hot and the AC did not work well. We felt like the units needed to be maintained. They were noisy and barely made the room tolerable. We stayed in 5 places on our vacation and this was the only place that the AC didn't work properly.

Postcard pretty property and location
Pros:

Friendly staff, beautiful and calm location, lovely park surrounding the hotel, stunning views of the hills covered by cypresses and olive trees, perfect if you travel by car and with dogs. Very clean. Easy to park.

Cons:

A bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was a bit more luxurious a few years ago when I was there last. Although everything is tidy and clean it’s starting to be a bit dated. But all in all a great experience.

Beautiful old Florence Villa Experience!!
Pros:

Honestly this place is amazing if you want to experience the old Florence way of life. Enjoy the villa, the garden, take a bottle of wine and let everything sink in. We went a few times, celebrated anniversary and engagement. Which the staff handled beautifully. Very grateful and whenever we go back to Florence there is only this place for us. Shuttle available to Florence or very close with own transport!

Great view, kindest staff, wonderful food
Pros:

The property has a wonderful garden right around the building, wonderful to contemplate or even take a walk! Trees as far as you can see, statues, and other art. Breathtaking!

Cons:

the rooms are a bit antique but it suits the vibe of the place - despite, all is clean and neat! You will feel like a real Dutchess!
