Pros:

Abbiamo già alloggiato in questa struttura e come al solito siamo stati molto bene vista la bellezza della dimora storica, del giardino all’italiana e della camera, tra l’altro molto ben arredata. Ottima la disponibilità del personale al desk e il servizio di navetta che collega l’hotel al centro storico.

Es war ein so toller Aufenhalt, wir würden jedes Mal wieder kommen!
Pros:

Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön, es gibt viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten und von der großen Terrasse kann man sehr gut den Sonnenuntergang beobachten!
Der Shuttle Service in die Stadt war super.

Alles Top.,wir hatten Pech, denn die Klimaanlage fiel auf der gesamten Etage aus. Der Manager hat aber alles top entgegenkommend geregelt..gerne wieder.

We have fallen in love with Firenze
Pros:

We loved the Gardens. To be up and out of the city was lovely. The staff were so welcoming, especially Noris, on reception. The florentine steak in the restaurant was delicious, as was breakfast each morning. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city !
We fell in love with Firenze !!

Cons:

The waiter on the bar and in the restaurant the day we arrived was rude. But the lady the next day was lovely and made the most delicious lemonchello cocktail, and he was the only member of staff not to be friendly and welcoming x
