Reserva marcada. Ninguém na receção à chegada, ligamos e tocamos à campainha sem resposta. Eventualmente alguém saiu e deixou-nos entrar. Ninguém na receção, tocamos a uma campainha lá e um senhor lá nos atendeu. O senhor disse-nos que tinha cancelado a reserva e que tinha tentado contactar, que havia uma fuga de água e não era possível ficar naquele estabelecimento. Não tinha nenhuma mensagem no booking ou nenhum cancelamento. No booking a reserva ainda estava confirmada.

We didnt stay we waited 1.5 hours for someome to check us in called the numbers we were given several times and also emailed with no reply and the hotel was run down and over run with foreign people living there with there belongings all over the hotel using the dinning rokm as a kitchen and we felt very uncomfortable just being in there waiting .. extremely disappointed would not recommended to anyone not even the homeless awful service dirty hotel with ni actual person to talk to

This is a refugee hotel. The receptionist doesn't speak english. There was smelly hallway and the room smells like a museum or crematorium. I bought fresh bed sheets and room spray to be able to sleep there for one night, all this cost me extra £50. Bathroom old, but clean indeed. Curtains dirty. Please , the owner needs to refurbish. I am so sorry that I am forced to leave this review but I don't want others to go through the same experience.

Facilities need some improvements

Pre-arrival I had requested for a change in dates, however no one responded on both emails and phone. That already raised red flags. When we arrived they was no paperwork because they said its already late.
The room was dirty.
They had advertised 3 single beds and i had specifically chosen those. Only to find 1 double and 1 single bed.
The room was not smelling fresh.
I had to clean the toilet basin and chamber and they were very filthy.
The tub was very dirty and we had to use beach slippers to get in and use it.
The windows had traces of mould.
We had to move out the next morning.
Thankfully they were understanding and offered a full refund.

The furniture is quite old. The bathroom could be better. The water was barely warm and there was practically no pressure. The same goes for the towels. There was only one towel for four people. It's fine for a one-night stay, considering the price. I wouldn't recommend staying longer than that.

Nothing, unclean, we left at 5am due to some kind of room party the blasted music so loud, running up and down stairs, banging doors, shouting out the window to there mates outside, swearing, shouting, completely impossible to sleep. Tried calling reception but no one was there, no one answered our calls or emails, not heard anything from them at all. We booked for two nights, we didn't even get one. No refund offered or any contact at all. It's a complete dive and I'm shocked it's in business

Beach

The room was old and moldy, not as good as look like on the photos. The room was small and located on the basement. Bathroom was stained.

The breakfast could’ve been more range. There was no remote for the main TV and the TV in our room didn’t work.
