Когда я позвонила на ресепшен, чтобы разобраться в ситуации, сотрудница общалась очень грубо и недоброжелательно. Вместо того чтобы спокойно объяснить причину отмены и помочь решить вопрос, я столкнулась с раздраженным тоном и неуважительным отношением.
В итоге мне пришлось заново оформлять бронирование и тратить свое время на решение проблемы, которой можно было избежать. Такое отношение к гостям оставило крайне неприятное впечатление.

Девушки на ресепшене были грубыми и неприветливыми, что сразу испортило первое впечатление. Кроме того, в отеле было очень много гостей из Индии, поэтому временами складывалось ощущение, будто находишься не в Алматы, а в Индии.
Даже на телевизорах показывают индийские фильмы 😁. Отдельно хочется отметить чистоту: уборка оставляет желать лучшего, многие зоны выглядели неухоженными и грязными. Для отеля такого уровня это совершенно недопустимо.
Надеюсь, руководство обратит внимание на качество сервиса, чистоту и отношение персонала к гостям.

Во первых цена абсолютно не соответствует ни названию, ни состоянию номера и предоставляемым услугам. Завтрак самый обычный на уровне не дорогих отелей, а может и хуже. Фото не соответствуют действительности, в номере требуется капитальный ремонт. Т.к. находился в командировке мне необходимо предоставить документы за проживание, но сотрудники представили только чек и квитанции об оплате, остальные документы отказались предоставлять, даже если это положено по закону Казахстана. В итоге сумма была вычтена из моей зарплаты. Категорически не рекомендую данный отель. Не ведитесь на громкое название, цены за проживание не реально завышены.
As part of our tour package, I had to stay here for 4 nights, since it was part of the package of a Tour Operator that included air tickets and sight seeing also.
Though a few other reviews about the hotel were not positive, I was hoping against hope that my experience could be different. But that was not to be.
The reception staff was indifferent and not supportive. At times their behavior was rude, unbecoming of a person in the hospitality industry.
The room size was decent but it seemed that the floor carpet was not cleaned for a long time. a sticky patch that was there when we reached, continued till we left.
Since no milk or creamer sachets were provided in the room, we requested for it at the reception. Our request by bluntly rejected stating that these are not provided. Our enquiry about where to get it from was also responded coldly that we can try in the restaurant.
The malfunctioning of room keys was a common feature experienced by many of my friends who had stayed in the hotel, making them go down to have the keys recharged.
The breakfast served at the restaurant was good having various options, including limited vegetarian options.
On the whole, it was a stay that is better forgotten.
The location was good
The staff was rude and the hotel was not clean and neither maintained.
We stayed for 10days but the bed sheets and pillow cover were never changed and neither was the room vacuumed.
Only bathroom was cleaned and dustbins were emptied.
When we requested the housekeeping and reception team , they told us that as per their policy the bed sheets are changed only once the previous guest checks out and next guest comes.
The room service staff refused to give us plates and cutlery.
1 of the nights around 10pm , we enquired about dessert and they said that the restaurant was out of desserts. So we ordered from outside and requested them for plates and cutlery.
The room service team replied “No food No cutlery” and hung the phone!
The breakfast was average. As Indian breakfast , every day frozen parathas were served.
They do not even refill many of the items until repeatedly enquired by guest.
Unfortunately, we had paid for all the 3 rooms for 10days, so could not change the hotel but I will never recommend anyone.
We arrived as a group. The receptionists takes a long time giving us our room assignment which should not be coz we are prebooked. Anyways maube that is because we are a large group. We are advised by the tour agency beforehand that we eill give a deposit of a hundred dollars but that was not taken from us. My room is cozy and it was in the front side of the hotel. Good one. When I took shower, I noticed the drainage is slow in draining. Since it was late already I decided to inform the front desk the next day which I did. Upon arriving from tour, I noticed that no ine ckeaned the room. Garbage was there ss well as the wet towels are still in the bed where I placed them that morning. Luckily, I saw simeone cleaning in the next room. I asked her for new towels and let her take my garbage. Shower time came, still the drainage problem is thete. I did not complain anymore. I am disgusted!!! The towels are also so old as they were already so thin. The pillows too are thin and small. Then came the time that we need to leave early. Our guide advised us that at 5:40 the next dsy we should get our packed breskfast at the reception as we need to start early. Then, later on our guide sent a message that the hotel can’t make that packed foods since we are a big group and that they said that the restaurant will open at 6:00 AM instead. The next day we are early waiting at the lobby for 6:00 AM. Time came, we waited. 6:05, 6:10 still not opening. So what I did, I went to reception and asked. The answer is THE RESTAURANT WILL OPEN AT 6:30 ONLY NOT EARLIER THAN THAT. And he dont know about our situation!!! CLAP CLAP CLAP!!! No endorsements or anything????!? So terrible. TRULY NOT RECOMMENDED.
