Entspricht ohne Zweifel den auf den Preis bezogenen Erwartungen.
Pros:

Schöne grosse Lobby mit viel Sitzgelegenheiten. Bar im EG. Grosser mit Schranke abgesperrter Parkplatz. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Grosses Zimmer.

Cons:

Schon am 2.Tag ist das WLAN in unserem Stock ausgefallen, kam dann zeitweise zurück aber unbrauchbar langsam. Problem war aber nur in unserem Stock. Man hat zwar jemanden geholt aber es ist nicht wiedergekommen. Wir konnten immerhin in die Lobby runter wo es einwandfrei verfügbar war. Glaube das war einfach ein unglücklicher Zufall, kein negatives Merkmal des Hotels.

Excellent value for money, great location and client friendly staff
Pros:

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, and the carpet was wet and not properly dried. We contacted the hotel in advance about arriving early at 7 AM and were told they would arrange a room, but upon arrival we were charged the full $86 daily rate for only around six hours. The staff were unhelpful, and we even had to carry our own luggage. Overall, poor service and poor room condition—not what we expected.

Большой номер, но плохое состояние, ужасный матрас, некачественный завтрак и разочаровывающая SPA-зона.
Pros:

Номер был очень большой и просторный. К сожалению, это один из немногих положительных моментов нашего пребывания.

Cons:

К сожалению, мы остались очень разочарованы этим отелем. Несмотря на большой размер номера, его состояние совершенно не соответствует уровню отеля данной категории.

Обои отклеиваются от стен как в самом номере, так и в ванной комнате. Ванная выглядит очень дешёво — создаётся ощущение, будто она сделана из пластика. Кроме того, труба под раковиной протекает.

Отдельная проблема — кровать. Матрас настолько продавлен, что спать на нём было как в гамаке. После сна у нас появились сильные мышечные спазмы и напряжение.

Завтрак также оказался большим разочарованием. Все четыре дня подавали одно и то же. Овощи ни разу не выглядели свежими — они были сморщенными и неаппетитными. Колбасные изделия также не производили впечатления свежих. Иногда даже возникало ощущение, что продукты с предыдущего дня просто снова выкладывают на завтрак.

SPA-зона тоже разочаровала. Вода в бассейне была очень холодной, а лежаков всего около шести, и во время нашего посещения все они были заняты.

В целом отель, на наш взгляд, не соответствует ни заявленному уровню, ни стоимости проживания. Повторно останавливаться здесь мы бы не стали.

I would recommend to have clear instruction displayed for operating the safe box in each room
Pros:

I had booked king size suite, it was worth it for three guests. The only problem i faced was with the safe box as no instructions were displayed how to operate and the hotel do not have trained staff to guide and help in operating the safe box. moreover, the room telephone was not functional and upon enquiry we were told that it can't be fixed in the evening as the IT staff works in the morning hours. Other than these two issues overall the experience was fine.
