Fabulous Hotel, beautiful staff, great food
Pros:

Beautiful peaceful hotel, spotlessly clean with a lovely restaurant, right in the heart of the hustle & bustle of Marrakech, super location. Very helpful and respectful staff.

Cons:

Just one thing that disappointed me, probably nothing to do with the hotel though.... we booked a walking tour of the city through the hotel. The guide only took us to Souks for private consultations to be pressured to buy very expensive items (for which I'mcertain he would receive commissions). This was not a nice experience and led us to not trust natives.

Excellent emplacement et personnel aimable!
Pros:

Bon emplacement, personnel extrêmement aimable et toujours souriant, prêt à tout faire pour assurer votre confort et garantir un agréable séjour dans l'établissement. L'endroit est très bien situé et sécurisé.

Cons:

Les chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre, l'eau de la douche ne s'écoulait pas par la bonde et la salle de bain sentait les canalisations.

Pros:

Very nice Ryad in the souk area of Marrakech. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. A lot of good restaurants close by. On the rooftop is a swimming pool and area to relax in the sun.

A gem of a place offering great hospitality and a beautiful serene atmosphere. We enjoyed it immensely
Pros:

Location is the best - right in the centre of the Medina but so quiet. Once the doors shut the outside world hardly exists.
