Das Personal im Allgemeinen war recht freundlich

Cons:

Leider gab es eine Ausnahme: Beim Check-in kann ich gerne auf blöde Bemerkungen seitens des Personals verzichten. Offensichtlich färbt die Umgebung (red light) manchmal ab. Oder die betroffene Person kommt aus eben diesem Tätigkeitsfeld.
