Brilliant hotel everything very good. Thank you .
Every thing luvly
The only good thing about this hotel is the staff.
Black mould in the bathroom, dog hair on the floor. Stained towels, it's just awful. The whole place is run down & unclean .
The views are amazing
The swimming staff were very helpful and polite
The rooms weren't clean
We had the same bedding sheets on for the whole week
The bathroom didn't get cleaned once we were there
We had to ask for more towels, tea and coffee and toilet rolls every day
Our beds were so squeaky
We had food in our rooms for days and got lots of flys
The remote control wasn't working properly
Some of the staff weren't friendly or helpful
They were alittke rude
The canal side view from our room was amazing Loved the swimming pool which had very friendly staff 😀
Nothing
Good gluten free options at breakfast, with very helpful staff
Car park, small for the size of the hotel and didn't help that some cars took up more than one spaces.
Lovely location and setting
Booked an ‘executive suite’ the room was dirty, the taps leaked, it smelled like wet dog, we were given a really cheap tower fan for cooling in the middle of summer. The taps in the bathroom moved and the shower screen didn’t shut properly. The bathroom was dirty, the towels provided were dirty and the sofa in the room was disgusting. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Great hotel far enough out but close enough to walk
Mattress was made of concrete
Good location, drinks by the canal were very good, courteous and helpful staff. Good bar for evening drinks.
In our twin room, one bed had a summer duvet but the other had a thick winter one. Terrible night’s sleep as a result. Pillows were of varying quality, and one pillow case hadn’t been cleaned properly and had mould. Dinner in the restaurant was varied - terrible main course but excellent dessert.
Friendly staff
The breakfast buffet was really good.
Great views out the window
The pricing of the food was crazy. I ordered the spring rolls as a light bite and got one roll and a little pot of sauce. And it was £8.90.
Drinks were outrageously expensive also. It’s like they want you to go find somewhere else to eat and drink.
Excellent location, had everything you needed and lovely food.
The rooms and facilities are quite dated.
