The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to the strip and 25 minutes walk to the Old Town

Cons:

The noise in the Hotel during the night is horrendous, the pool area was very overcrowded with young people probably all under the age of 21, our room overlooked the back which was full of rubbish and a broken chair the someone had obviously thrown over a balcony! If you are a family or a couple that want a good night's sleep I would avoid

Odiei péssima experiência para minha lua de mel

Não gostei de nada, achei muito simples para um valor tão alto

Não gostei da falta de atenção ao fazermos a reserva, avisei que era minha lua de mel e nem se quer houve um carinho da parte do hotel para conosco, café da manhã bem básico, jantar disponível apenas até as 21:30, você está de férias paga meia pensão e tem que correr para voltar para o hotel pois se não perde o valor pago, o que aconteceu na primeira estadia pois cheguei exatamente às 21:30 e perdi o jantar que eu havia pago, a informação poderia estar mais clara ao fecharmos a opção de meia pensão , chuveiro péssimo que toda hora cai água gelada em nossas costas , não voltaria jamais, fico sempre na rede luna Serra da Estrela que acho impecável, mas pagar 200€ uma diária sinceramente não vale nem um pouco o preço pago.

Gostei da simpatia da funcionária e do apartamento, muito funcional e limpo.

Cons:

Foi difícil encontrar o estacionamento do hotel, porque fica junto com outro hotel.
Não consegui dormir, porque o barulho nos corredores era demais. É um hotel para jovens e não para famílias.

How the hell is this classed as a 4 star???
Pros:

The location. The reception staff were nice.

Cons:

This is not a 4 star. The rooms are more like 2 star.

Light switches and plug sockets did not work. Not enough toilet rolls or towels.

No patio furniture on the 2nd balcony and the rooms are very dated. The cleaners hardly ever came round and when they did they would keep leaving the door open when they were not about.

The jacuzzi in the spa needs a good scrub!

There is a grumpy old pool attendant that won’t let anyone do anything.

Voltaria nas próximas férias. Funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis inclusive o funcionário do bar sempre muito prestável e simpático. Bem haja. Até às próximaa férias 🙂

Apenas um reparo ter atenção quando fazem limpeza as casas de banho. Limpar os espelhos pois fica sempre pasta dentes.

Água do chuveiro tanto estava estava quente como de repente ficava fria.
