Pleasant but somewhat disappointing and not a restful night's sleep 2 or 3 nights there.
Pros:

Convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance! Close to the Gateway Restaurant and Park Ranger information center. The screen door onto the porch provided cooling air and a pleasant sound from the creek off the back porch.

Cons:

No meals were apparently offered. If they were provided elsewhere, we did not find them.
Air Conditioning was advertised online but not present. Sleeping was subsequently difficult as the room temperature exceeded our comfort level. We used the floor fan near the back screen door to bring cooler air into the room successfully. But as the screen door on the porch was in disrepair (broken lock handle, gap in weather stripping not sealed), we could not leave the back door open for ventilation overnight for fear of bugs and mice entering the room as a means of resolving the excessive warmth of the room, despite the floor fan's helping airflow. Questions during our three day stay were mainly resolved by texting management as the office was never open when we were looking for someone to talk with. However, text messages were promply answered.

All in all a good location. Likes the creek running by the property it was relaxing.

Very home-like. The balcony that overlooked the river was a calming experience.

Cons:

Although due to the season air conditioning wasn't needed, the room got a little stuffy with no air movement.

Pros:

Cozy and captures the essence of a lodge style accommodation within the Rocky Mountains. The public outdoor balcony overlooking the river was lovely, and the hot tub was a nice way to relax after a day of hiking and exploring the national park.
