Pros:

Estuvo fenomenal. La calidad de cada una de las personas que nos atendieron fue fantástica. El hotel es muy bueno, la comodidad de las camas y almohadas, la limpieza es fenomenal, toallas y sábanas blancas y limpias, todo en verdad impecable. El desayuno, infaltable, fue la mejor opción que pude tomar. Las tartas que tienen son preparadas ahí mismo, entonces siempre son frescas y deliciosas. En verdad, el ambiente del servicio es muy bueno, la ubicación también es muy buena, está a tres cuadras de la estación del metro, y en cuestión de 15 minutos llega uno al centro. Fenomenal.

Pleasant stay related to work
Pros:

Very nice, small hotel, with a walking distance to many spots in Milan. Personel was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay. I would only appreciate more diverse breakfast, as for longer stay it might be upsetting. But nevertheless I will remember this place for future trips.

Cons:

Breakfasts could be a bit more diverse. But coffee and croissants were very nice and fresh!

Convenient, cute and personalized hotel stay
Pros:

The room is large and spacious. Location is a five-minute walk to an underground station and a grocery store, along with a medium-sized park in the other direction. The neighbourhood is quiet and urban, and there is a restaurant and gelataria within easy reach. Hotel staff are knowledgeable and will deliver luggage to the room if checking in early. Breakfast is personalized.

Cons:

On the third floor, so SMALL window. The bathroom is on the small side. The hotel uses a GIANT, medallion-sized keychain that is very heavy. The elevator is on the slow side.

Staff gentile e disponibile. Hotel vicino alla metropolitana e comodo per raggiungere in poco tempo sia la stazione che il treno. Disponibilità di colazione senza glutine per me che sono celiaca.

Cons:

Dimensioni della camera troppo piccola con il letto sotto al muro accessibile solo da un lato. TV posizionata troppo in alto da renderla quasi inutile
