Pros:

Staff gentile.

Cons:

Servizio scadente per la colazione. Ascensore scarsamente utilizzabile e mal funzionante. Qualità della stanza sicuramente inferiore rispetto al costo.

The beds themselves were very comfortable.
The breakfast was okay — it had everything necessary for a decent breakfast.

Cons:

The room could have been a bit more cosy and welcoming. We didn’t particularly like the arrangement of the beds.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta l accoglienza,la disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff,.la camera pulita silenziosa ...molto pratici i dispenser dei saponi...l aria condizionata perfetta ...la colazione molto varia e la sala colazione accogliente e pulitissima...molto vicina alla clinica città studi che era il mio interesse principale ..ma vicino ad altri punti di interesse turistico...spero di poter soggiornare nuovamente in questo hotel e visitare nuovamente milano .

Nulla..era tutto positivo.

Soddisfacente
Pros:

Hotel in buona posizione, compromesso tra zona shopping e stazione centrale. Metro a pochi minuti a piedi. Personale molto gentile. Camera con tante comodità, ma piccola di dimensioni (come il bagno), in ogni caso funzionale (almeno per una notte ed 1 persona). Probabilmente ci sono anche stanze più grandi, nel caso chiedere prima.
