Pros:

Really nice hotel - our room was very clean and comfortable. Aircon was good, had tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge.
Reception lent us some bowls and spoons to have breakfast in our room which was helpful!
Hotel is approx 20-30 mins walk to main parts of town, but the bus that stops outside (red cat) was completely free - very quick and easy to get into central Perth.
