Uniqueness.

Stayed here for a long weekend in Rome. Third visit in the past few years and hotel of choice when visiting this wonderful city. Small, quirky, boutique hotel within a converted traditional Roman apartment building.

Great location, 5 minute walk from Rome Termini train/ bus station. Very handy when getting train/ bus transfers from airport to the city. Next to the St Mary Major church and handy for the main attractions like The Colosseum and Forum (10-15 minute walk).

Hotel rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast is included, which is a nice touch. Decent value given the location and quality of accommodation.

Recommended. Will return. Only has about twenty rooms, so book early!

Location, services and cleanliness

Ormai il mio punto di riferimento in una città dalla ricettività difficile. Tornata dopo pochi mesi ho invece ritrovato la stessa cordialità, qualità altissima di pulizia, servizi e colazione ed un riposo eccellente. A presto!

It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. It was lovely inside, aircon was great and very much needed. The breakfast was good plenty of choice. Free coffees,teas etc from the machine in the kitchen area. Free water machine supplying sparkling water too. Tea making facilities in your room. 20 minute walk to the colosseum one way. 20 minute walk to Trevi fountain the other way.

The breakfast was a plus. Location was central and close to everything we wanted to do. Staff was super friendly. The room was perfect size for our needs.

Beautiful room and location of hotel. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The free buffet breakfast was delicious. Cute elevator! No complaints would stay again. Good value for the money.

A fantastic hotel with beautiful design. The rooms are large and beautiful. Had a room with a view of the city. The staff were very nice and service-oriented, did everything for us and for our friend who had a birthday! The breakfast was very good, coffee available 24/7. Very clean and fresh hotel. If you have to find something negative, it is the rock-hard beds, but the pillows were very comfortable. Free drinks in the minibar upon arrival. We will be happy to return!

A localização era bem pertinho da Termini de Roma, fomos à pé puxando as malas tranquilamente. Foi perfeito pra nós!

Hermoso hotel, super cuidado todo. La habitación no es super amplia pero es preciosa y tiene todo lo necesario para un buen descanso.
El hotel sirve un desayuno muy muy completo y deja habilitado durante todo el dia el autoservicio de café, te, agua y facturas de manera gratuita.
Adicionalmente, tienen servicio de guarda de equipaje, lo cual es super útil si uno quiere disfrutar de su estadia al máximo en roma.

Perfekt läge för de flesta sevärdheterna och kort promenad till tågstationen.

This quirky hotel was almost invisible from the street, but once inside you were pleasantly surprised. Great location in Rome, but also quiet and homely. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was a further delight. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Lovely establishment.
