Personal excelente, playa inutilizable
Pros:

El espacio exterior es muy bonito y amplio, las plantas flores y jardines están muy bien cuidados y la piscina está muy bien cerca del mar. El personal del hotel es muy atento y servicial.

Cons:

Reservamos este hotel porque estaba en la playa y pensábamos poder disfrutar de ella. Sin embargo, está prohibido el baño, la playa es realmente estrecha y hay fábricas a ambos lados.
Por otro lado, la habitación aunque correcta y limpia, no tiene nevera. Es el primer hotel de 4 estrellas que conozco sin nevera en la habitación.
Está a unos 20 minutos del centro de Banyuwangi, así que teniendo en cuenta que no puedes ni bañarte ni pasear por la playa, no sé si merece la pena.

Shelly u ihr Kollege an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Ausflug über Hotel gebucht bisschen überteuert u man sollte auf keinen Fall beiNacht losgehen, erst wenn es hell wird ist die volle Pracht zu erkennen.Das blaue Feuer ist quasi nie zu sehen.Abstieg zum See, zahlt sich bei Dunkelheit auf keinen Fall aus.Es ist gefährlich u man sieht außer Rauch nichts!!!!!

Halte luxueuse idéale pour faire le Kawa Ijen à partir de l’hôtel .
Pros:

Grand parc arboré et très bien entretenu avec belle et grande piscine.
Chambre grande et confortable. Bonne literie .
Côté luxueux du resort pour un tout petit prix

Cons:

Le bruit des portes qui claquent et résonnent dans les vastes couloirs.

Pros:

We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Er werd gevraagd of het oke was dat we een trap op moesten naar onze kamer. Het zwembad was heerlijk, het ontbijt was ook prima. Personeel was top. Niks op aan te merken!

Cons:

Het bed was wat wiebelig. Telkens als iemand zich omdraait dan schud de ander heen en weer.

Pros:

Hotel was beautiful, especially being set on landscaped grounds which made it feel like a resort. Beach view was amazing. Staff were good and the room was comfortable. Only a 5 minute grab ride from Ketapang port or station.

Cons:

Please note that the deposit is cash only (100,000 IDR) so make sure you have cash on you.

Only problem was the bathroom had lots of ants in the sink area, so store your toiletries outside the bathroom and only take them in when you need to use them. Aside from the ants, the room was very clean so don't let this dissuade you from staying.
