Tolle ruhige und trotzdem zentrumsnahe Lage, alles sauber, super Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal.
Pros:

Personal sehr nett (und hübsch :-) ). Sehr ruhige Gegend und super Lage zum Zentrum, alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Frühstück sehr gut und alles wichtige da; Scrambled eggs, Wurst, Prosciutto und Käse hauchdünn aufgeschnitten.
Alles sehr sauber.
Durfte mein (teures) Rad mit auf's Zimmer nehmen.
Nach Ankunft mit dem Rad machte mir die nette Rezeptionistin einen erfrischenden Radler im Gastgarten.

Cons:

Einzelbetten sehr schmal und sehr weich (ist aber sicher Geschmacksache)
Extra Kosten für Fahrradverleih (andere Hotels haben es inkludiert)
Kfz-Parkplatz kostenpflichtig.

Pros:

Neues kleines Hotel. Fahrräder konnten sicher im Hinterhof abgestellt werden.
Frühstück in Buffetform war in Ordnung.

Cons:

WLAN auf dem Zimmer praktisch nicht vorhanden. Duschvorhang ungünstig genau in der Mitte des engen Duscheingangs fixiert.

Pros:

Ruhige Lage, Frühstück ausreichend. Parkplatz vorhanden. Wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Zentrum fussläufig erreichbar

Cons:

Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Frühstücksbuffet wird erst nach Aufforderung nachgefüllt, aber dann wurde es gleich erledigt. Kein Lift, es gibt aber auch nur 2 Stockwerke

Einfach, sauber, ruhig gelegen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Ruhig und recht zentral gelegen, wenn einem Meerblick nicht wichtig ist. Sauber, klassisches Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Kaffee. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Einfache Zimmer, auf denen man ja hoffentlich wenig Zeit verbringt, wenn man schon in Grado ist. Falls einem der Strand wichtig ist, es sind doch ein paar Minuten dorthin zu gehen. Aber man ist ja auf Urlaub dort.

Sehr ruhige wunderschöne Lage.
Kleiner Familienbetrieb, alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. So etwas findet man nur sehr selten. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.
