Best views on the lake
Pros:

Highly recommended for a long weekend! Great location with the best views on the lake and nearby waterfalls. Breakfast and dining was superb. Staff is professional and very friendly. Great job 👍

We had been looking forward to this stay for almost a year and we were not disappointed.
Pros:

The ambiance of the building, the views around the hotel, the pool, the walking around the hotel, the breakfast was generally super with a great choice.

Cons:

The little half-gipfelis were dry and unimpressive. Some of the guests were way too loud, shouting at each other in the gardens and surrounds. Its a little sad that there was not much water in the falls, but then there had been little rain.

Kurzurlaub mit Aussicht
Pros:

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel, fantastische Aussicht, sowohl auf den Brienzersee, als auch auf die Giessbachfälle. Schönes Frühstückbuffet, erstklassige Küche im hoteleigenen Restaurant "Elisa" (3-Gang Überraschungsmenu in der Halbpension), sehr freundliches und sympathisches Personal im Elisa, aber auch sonst.
Ein Naturpool, an dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Gratis Tee / Kaffee auf der Etage verfügbar. Ein Pianist!

Cons:

Eine Minibar / Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sehr wünschenswert - wir mussten Medikamente kühl lagern, konnten diese dann aber problemlos an der Rezeption hinterlegen.
Gästegruppen, welche im Restaurant laut mit ihren Handys telefonierten oder Filme schauten, fand ich persönlich dem Niveau des Hauses nicht angemessen. Da würde ich mir entsprechende Hinweise wünschen.
