agréable séjour
Pros:

L'accueil était chaleureux et professionnel.
Les chambres étaient bien équipées et propres.

Cons:

Une des deux chambres avait une vieille clim qui ne marchait pas trop alors que l'autre chambre était mieux équipée.

Not recommendable
Pros:

The staff, that's it.

Cons:

Clean the rooms, especially behind the curtains.
Provide better breakfast options.
Poor WiFi connectivity.
Linen was changed but room not cleaned thoroughly.
Shower was dirty.
Lots of "No Smoking" signs but the entire lobby smells of cigerate.
I was planning on eating at the resturant but could not stand the cigerate smoke (yes the smoke). I requested the waiter to rather bring the food into the room because the cigerate smoke was unberable because i dont smoke! guess what, i was even charged for that room service! Bear in mind, i actually sat at the resturant looking forward to eating there, until smokers did their thing.
We experience power cuts on the building itself... but other parts of the city had lights on

They need more training on hospitality and treat each and every guest equally.
Pros:

Friendliness of the reception staff, that the hotel is central venue for money.

Cons:

That the lifts were not working fir the duration of my stay. Staff in breakfast area are selective in terms of offering services, their focus is on their locals who speaks Portuguese or dress in a military or police uniforms are treated special over others, they do not greet. Their attitude only change on the second last day of my stay after I complaint about them.

Parking in the street made us uneasy and the street is extremely noisy and busy. Breakfast limited choices.
