So bad, dirty, old, broken furniture, towels have bad smell and never ill be there

We were out side of lobby area. No recipient is there. Facing problem to communicate with agent. Bad quality bed third class sofa. Old an unclean. Repeatedly call for toilet and utensil but supplied next day. Poor cleaning conditions. Toilet are broken. A all are raised.

Only location is good.
Service good
The bed,mattress,pillow and mattress cover are all not clean..my body itches after sleeping in the bed..whole apartment was not clean enough.
Only problem is the shower bath got no glass door.
I noticed that some people use the lift without tap the card. As we go out to the floor we want and they also go out. But not to the room they use the stair. To me, it is very dangerous. This happened in Singapore, where one airline crew got killed many year back..
The room is clean and the furniture is very good. The price is reasonable and it is an absolutely perfect choice👍👍👍👍

Its old, the room have “unpleasant” vibe, perhaps its only me. The host is very pleasant.
the location was great, every place that we wanted to visit was a walkable distance from it.
we weren't too happy about the cleanliness and the maintenance of the place. it could've been more clean and a little update on few appliances/facilities would be nice. honestly, it wasn't a nice welcome when we arrived; the host got frustrated because he was misunderstanding us when we wanted to check in. during check out, it was irresponsible of the host to overslept when we already informed him early that we were going to check out at 8am on the dot because we had a flight to catch
Great view, big room, good price, man was quick to help us when we locked ourselves out - keycard does not work when you accidentally push a button on the inside of the door before leaving.
Man that met us and handled access spoke very little english. We had to pay cash on site and no receipt was issued (different than what was communicated via booking and communication was very difficult)
Very unreliable with check out- he overslept agreed upon (written and orally agreed multiple times) checkout time - waited over half an hour and messed up our planned day- lucky our plane was in the evening.
No luggage storage service.
We caught 2 cockroaches- saw more. Filthy under bed, fridge was leaking, bathroom was leaking and wet floor.

Hotel is filthy with outdated toilet, difficult to flush. The bath tub was full of dust and stains, i was too hesitant to use the toilet and the bathtub becuase of stains and all the marks that were present there.
