Good location room
Pros:

The room was moderate.
It was not that far from the city centre.

Cons:

The room main door needs fixing. We had to bang and shut the door hard.
The bathroom had a shower cubicle. There was no door or a shower curtain for the cubicle. The water just spurred everywhere outside. There should have been coffee mugs or a coffee machine as standard items in the
hotel room.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Bett war bequem und groß genug.
Das Badezimmer war ausreichend groß und es war sehr sauber. Es gab eine Dusche mit Regenfunktion. Duschgel war vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Duschabtrennung war etwas zu kurz, so dass das Badezimmer überall nass wurde bei duschen. Der Boden war dadurch sehr glatt. Da musste man sehr aufpassen.
Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, egal ob aus dem Flur oder von der Straße. Wobei wir trotzdem gut schlafen konnten.

Ruime kamer, makkelijk bereikbaar en parking vlak naast gebouw, resto/fietsverhuur nabij, zeer vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Gelegen aan drukke weg maar slapen met raam toe was ok!

Nicht besonders sauber, die Unterhaltsreinigung scheint nicht besonders gründlich zu sein. Fleckige Sessel und Bettumrandungen. Möbel abgestoßen und zerkratzt. Matratzen durchgelegen. Nachts wurde eine Party im Raum darunter gefeiert. Die Rezeption befindet sich im Nachbarhaus und war nicht mehr besetzt.

Gutes Preis - Leistung Verhältnis
Pros:

Für das Geld kriegt mein ordentliches Hotelzimmer. Die Betten sind gut gemacht und dazu gibt es kleine Guddies. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Müsste ich nochmal nach Duisburg reisen, würde ich es sofort wieder nehmen. Großes Zimmer!

Cons:

Die Lage mit der vier spurigen Hauptstraße ist ein bisschen blöd. Einfach Oropacks mitnehmen! Das Hotel ist sehr bemüht. Würde es auch Freunden empfehlen.

Der Ausblick aus der 3. Etage, Balkon, komfortables Bett.

Cons:

Sehr verschmutzte Bettumrandung, Flecken auf dem Sofa, sehr schmutziger Fußboden - man kann nicht barfuß gehen.
Nach dem Duschen steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser.
Dusche ist extrem verkalkt und unschön.
Direkt an einer lauten Hauptstraße. Kaputte Gardine.
Aufzug und Treppenhaus waren sehr schmutzig.

Limited car park space at the hotel, but free car parks in the neighborhood - if available.

Cons:

Very noisy property with poor noise insulation against the traffic on the main road. Door to the room was difficult to open and close, seems to have been out of line.
The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes.
The shower has a stone floor that was slippery when wet.
