Pleasant Staff, but the Hotel Needs Better Main
Pros:

The staff were friendly, and I appreciated that a drinking water dispenser was available for guests.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly. There was no lift, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Basic room amenities, such as a toothbrush, were also not provided.
