Excellent accueil, chambre confortable, très bien placé/centre ville Old town de Hoi An 🤩
Lily a su nous faire profiter d' une soirée très bien organisée, balade en bateau hors de lieux très fréquentés et d' un spectacle à un prix très abordable.

L’accès à la piscine 🤣 l’organisation d’un transport vers da nang à un tarif raisonnable avec arrêt aux montagnes de marbre. Et l’emplacement qui est vraiment au top. Personnel très gentil spécial dédicace à Lili le jour et les garçons le soir 👌. Pour info, les lanternes un bateau sur la rivière c’est 180kvdn (voire 220) pour 6 personnes panneaux officiels. Beaucoup d’arnaques sur le port attention 🤣 (600-300vdn proposés)
Pas beaucoup de variété dans les plats salés au petit déjeuner (uniquement des œufs à priori pas de bacon ou saucisses comme indiqué sur la carte) mais boissons Pain croissants et fruits à volonté ça c’est top

This place is a disgrace. 2 days into a 4 night stay we receive a message to come back as there were issues. There were problems with pests and plumbing. They offered us a refund for the remaining 2 nights. I advised that this was unacceptable and demanded a full refund for the inconvenience. After approx 1 hour they agreed on 3 nights and this wasn't until i scanned the QR code for a review.
On arrival we were made to pay cash even though booking.com had our credit card details. As soon a we went into our room there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The butter at breakfast had hair in it.

Needs updating. Electricity stopped working- given different room then air conditioning was leaking . Took awhile to resolve.breakfast not good.
Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful.

It was always noisy. No sound proof at all. Doors, steps, chats was loud and clear.
I didn’t like always pushing me to buy activities and tickets from the hotel. But it’s very common in Vietnam.

Không được sạch sẽ khi nhận phòng có mùi hôi từ nhà vệ sinh phải gọi nhân viên đến clean .

Very good location. Friendly staff.
Not very clean. Breakfast was a joke. Furniture inside the room was old, no face towels was given. When the cleaning staff prepared our room, they didn’t replenish the shampoo and body gel.
Las instalaciones son buenas y están bien cuidadas. El desayuno buffet es excelente, incluso tienes una persona a disposición para hacerte una sopa de noodles o huevos fritos...etc.
El personal es excepcional, amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.
Teníamos el tren de noche y nos dejaron utilizar la piscina una habitación que está en la planta baja para asearnos y cambiarnos de ropa tras un día de playa.
La experiencia ha sido de un 10.
