The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.
Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

It was clean and comfortable and having use of the spa facilities was wonderful.
Breakfast was priced quite high and I wish there was a place to at least have coffee and pastry as part of the accommodation price.

El ambiente lujoso. Un edificio lujoso desde el momento que entras.
El desayuno perfecto y con un servicio realmente 5*.
Que no tuvieran valet parking, y tuviera que ir a un parking arrastrando las maletas cruzando la ciudad.
Que el check in sea a las 4pm y el check out a las 11am. Es incompresible en un hotel SLH de esta categoría.
Deben mejorar el proceso de llegada para realmente sentir que estas en un top 5* luxury hotel. Parece más un proceso de check in de un hotel estandarizado segmento premium pero no luxury.
Si mejoran esto le hubiera puesto una puntuación de 10.
Beautiful hotel. The suite has high ceiling and spacious. The room is comfortable and equipped with all the amenities we need. Great location, good walking distance to restaurants, shopping and attractions.
The spa water is lukewarm. There is one pool that has higher temperature. During the complimentary hours in the evening it was crowded. The hotel parking is outdoor and offsite, a bit confusing, but all good.
The staff, the food, the black out curtains in the bedroom.
Sofa in the bedroom. The spa lacked essential oils in the steam room and saunas.

They used to park your car for you which was nice but doesn't seem to be on offer now, but there is a big underground car park 2 mins walk away

بشكل عام كانت تجربة الإقامة جيدة جداً وأبرز ملاحظاتي هي:
• عدم توفر موقف سيارات داخل مبنى الفندق كما أن الموقف التابع للفندق بعيد نسبياً ولا تتوفر خدمة صف السيارات إضافة إلى ارتفاع رسوم المواقف اليومية والتي تبلغ £40.
الخلاصة : تجربة مرضية بشكل عام وسأكرر الإقامة في الفندق مستقبلاً بشرط معالجة هذه الملاحظة وتحسين خدمة مواقف السيارات.
Overall, my stay was very good, and my main observation was:
• No on-site parking within the hotel building. The hotel’s designated car park is relatively far from the hotel, there is no valet parking service, and the daily parking fee is quite expensive at £40.
Overall: The experience was generally satisfactory, and I would stay at the hotel again in the future, provided that this issue is addressed and the parking arrangements are improved.
