The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.
Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I don’t think it’s fair at the end of your stay to be asked to add a tip when you’ve already paid for a service. It feels very uncomfortable.

After a long drive with lots of traffic the stress levels where high. However Stuart the concierge greeted us with a calming demeanour that set the tone of our whole stay. Chris the bar man deserves a special mention also he was fantastic. He recommended some amazing places. The onsite restaurant is a must the food and service is incredible.

Great hotel with thermal pools, spa, luxurious treatments, spacious rooms and excellent service.
This is perhaps the most perfect hotel we have ever used. It is not the most luxurious, the poshest or the most expensive. But what it does it does perfectly and is excellent value for money. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The service is excellent - the staff are highly efficient, very kind and helpful, welcoming, respectful and friendly. As it happened, the only meals we ate were breakfasts, but they were predictably very good. The location could not be better - A very tastefully restored historic building 5 minutes walk from Bath Abbey. The well-appointed spa with thermal spring water very tastefully recalls the Roman original.
