The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.
Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything to offer including spa facilities

Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt war hervorragend auch wenn man fürs Parken 10 min zum öffentlichen Parkhaus laufen musste. Auch die Zimmer sind hochwertig eingerichtet. Leider nicht sauber. Stichwort; Bremsspur und fremde Haare im Zimmer.
1. Auf Booking wird der Eindruck vermittelt, dass man den Poll jeder Zeit nutzen kann. Erst im Kleingedruckten sieht man dann, dass es zwei Zeitfenster hat 8-10 und 19-21 Uhr in dem man in den Pool darf. Bucht man eine Anwendung extra darf man auch außerhalb der Zeiten den Spa nutzen.
2. Frühstück inkl. Aber geht man dann Frühstücken sind plötzlich Teile des Frphstücks Aufpreispflichtig. Das sieht man aber auch erst wenn man sitzt und die Karte gereicht bekommt.
3. Sauberkeit allgemein. Es scheint so als wäre es dem Personal egal.
4. Eigenmächtige Servicefee. Auf der Rechnung war ohne Rücksprache plötzlich eine Servicefee als Tipp. „Mann könne diese streichen aber es sei ja fürs Team für den Service.“
Alles zusammen entsteht in jedem Berührungspunkt mit dem Hotel der Eindruck man soll hier gemolken werden. Krasses Beispiel: Bucht man eine Anwendung im Hotel fürs Spa zahlt man 180-200% von dem was man direkt im Spa bezahlen würde.
Perfect location in city center. Restaurant on property was excellent. Best Caesar salad ever. Free access to the spa but only between 8-10AM and 7-9PM.
For 3 days we struggled up and down the entrance stairs with a rollator and someone using a cane. It was only at checkout that we were told about a ramp entrance. The concierge never once offered to help carry the rollator up the stairs. He did at least help with the suitcase when we arrived.
Lovely staff and the spa was fantastic. Bed was also very comfortable

We were kindly given an upgrade and the room was beautiful, big, clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional and attentive. We used the Spa and that was also a lovely experience.
The price of the breakfast was slightly too high and possibly could be lowered?
