The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.
Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Well positioned room - great sound proofing and easy access to the bar, restaurant and spa.
Loved the spa facilities -absolutely stunning. Hotel in easy walking distance to just about every bar and restaurant!
Bar was a little pokey and became very fed up of the piped in piano music.

Just the double bed. Nothing else
The hotel room was for disabled people. My wife and I are not disabled. Found that to be insulting. The room was not worth £244. The hotel took a further £100 and the following morning gave me a typed out sheet and asked if I would like to contribute £12.00 towards " service ". I was told the £100 would be back in my account in a matter of hours. When it wasn't I contacted the hotel and was told by a quite arrogant receptionist that it would be four or more days before I would receive the money. Unacceptable.
Super good location and really enjoy the Ancient hot springs

The thermal waters were great, especially the hot one and the neck & full body massage jets.
The room we were in rather warm 🥵 at 29 °C, and this during the heat wave from 23 to 25 June, 2026. In room phone was not working, so had to go down to ask reception about it. On a second visit, maintenance went up to look at the aircon promptly, and changed the filter, but also said there not much that can be done. Seems the aircon was not powerful enough to cool the room down. The corridor right outside the room was also warmer than other corridors. Not sure this was the case only for our room or for others as well. It was unpleasant to stay in the room, still a bit better than outside, but struggled to sleep at night.

Great central location in Bath, air conditioning was amazing to have in the room during the heatwave! Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The only comment I have is that it needs more communal lounge areas for you to relax in during the day. The lounge is quite small for the size of the building.
Mika Carson made our stay special, great service and kindness. It was my birthday and she went out of her way to make it extra special. Thank you Mika you are a credit to the hotel.
The concierge on 18/6 and 19/6 was brilliant too providing top class service with a smile.

Das war mit Abstand das bequemste Hotelbett, das wir jemals hatten (und wir haben schon in sehr guten Häusern residiert). Zimmer allgemein sehr schön, der direkte Courtyard-Zugang ein grosses Plus. Grosszügiges Bad. Wir haben im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen, auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und reichhaltig (inkl. Lachs, Cold Cuts, Käse, Früchteauswahl etc.). Parkplatz-Buchung hat sich gelohnt, wenn auch teuer. Konnten etwas früher einchecken, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Sehr schönes Spa; Bad hat sehr gut getan. Lage top.
Checkin etwas chaotisch/hektisch; auch aufgrund mangelnder Parkplätze zum Ausladen. Da hätten wir uns mehr Unterstützung vom Hotel gewünscht (Organisation, auch mit den Koffern, etc). Hat dann aber alles geklappt. Zugangszeiten für Hotelgäste zum Spa etwas knapp bemessen (nur morgens zur Frühstückszeit oder abends zur Essenszeit). Wir konnten das aber dann gut mit einem feinen Nachtessen im Hotel verbinden.

Wasn't thrilled that our spa session was interrupted by a 1-hour long senior water yoga session.

- didn't clean the room unless told
- very uncomfortable bed
- no blackout shutters or curtains (come on, basic for supposedly 5 star hotels)
- had to pay extra if you wanted to use the pool like 70 quid per person (again, that should automatically remove the 5th star)
- the food was vile (steak easily bought from Tesco's)
- no availability in their supposedly private car parking
Feels like the five star classification is an absolute scam

The mattress was too soft. Breakfast was not worth 30 pounds per person. And they charge 70 pounds per person for 3 hour access to the spa if you come outside the complimentary hours (which are not convenient of course).
