The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.
Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Our room and particularly the bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet. We ate at the hotel on the Friday evening, service was excellent, food was good but not great.
You couldn’t get a better location you could walk everywhere. We booked a space in the car park which was just a few minutes walk away, we were asked to drop our bags before parking, we then parked the car and walked back at which point our bags had been taken to our rooms. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable. Thank you.
Food was average which didn’t fit with the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Location is great. Walking distance to most of the sightseeing spots, in town and plenty of restaurants around.
Bathtub instead of walk in shower.

Wasn't informed there was no available parking prior to arrival. However parking round the corner at the Central parking in Bath, turned out to be cheaper anyway.
The property was exceptional in close proximity to all the sights. The staff was friendly and helpful.Having access to the spa pool was a real highlight.Rooms were comfortable and well appointed and housekeeping was meticulous.. We had breakfast every morning and the food was freshly prepared and plentiful. Overall it was the perfect stay in a beautiful city.
