Wspaniały hotel z rewelacyjnym serwisem
Pros:

Fantastyczna lokalizacja na plaży,posiłki z widokiem na morze,piękny taras zewnętrzny.obsluga restauracji rewelacyjna,wszyscy uprzejmi i uśmiechnięci,stoliki sprzątane na czas a nad wszystkim cały czas czuwa pan Manager!.Świetne jedzenie z karty i rewelacyjne drinki lane z butelki przy stoliku.Przyjemne koncerty na żywo co drugi dzień i jeszcze trafiliśmy na kino letnie na tarasie.

Leżaki życzę hotelu nie powinny być objęte opłatą dla hotelowych gości albo przynajmniej w opłacie powinien zawierać się np 1 drink.Kolacje nie równe,raz super a raz przeciętne i niedoprawione

I will never stay at a Grupotel again. Low level hotel parading as 4/5 star quality.
Pros:

Hotel location on the beachside was perfect and beautiful. Entertainment in the Sea Hotel was excellent as was the choice of breakfast and the opening hours. Room was clean with a nice balcony with drying rail which was really helpful. Saturday market was great and the other high st type shops. Abundance of supermarkets. Water sports available was good too. All the things outside of the hotel were wonderful.

Cons:

1) We arrived to be told there was no twin room available as per our booking. No apology, no effort to find a solution. We're fully booked and a hand gesture of 'what can I do'. Then after we insisted that we would like what we booked or a reduction to the price they found a twin room.

2) I requested a transfer taxi or shuttle to the airport. While I appreciate some miscommunication is possible in translation from Spanish to English and vice versa, logically, why did the hotel expect/ insist on me paying for the service before I had received all the information to make an informed decision - time of pickup/ cost/ journey time to airport with both options? They then spoke as if they had done me a favour booking the shuttle without me paying but if I no longer wanted it they would try and cancel it without charging me. Unbelievable and bizarre. I accepted the 7.20 shuttle with a midday flight.

3)The final straw on departure day at 7.20AM for the shuttle bus, I requested to have breakfast bags to go - I had after all paid for bed and breakfast. I was clear on the ask because I have allergies and would have preferred to prepare my own sandwich, but she said it would be done for us and likely to be cheese & ham so I said okay, fine. We arrive at reception 7.15AM and are told there's no breakfast to go, we can't take any food off the premises. And, we were told clearly by reception to come down at 7AM and get breakfast before the restaurant opened. Total lie. And this is from the mouth of same girl who I had told the day before I had allergies (Nuts, fish, seafood) and asked could I get my own food and was told flat no. Meanwhile the shuttle bus driver is waving his hands in frustration that we are making him late. 10 mins later she got us a sandwich and fruit to go but not before she had threatened us with calling the police when I said I wouldn't pay the €30 bar bill until we had the promised breakfast to go.
