All great
Good location just behind marina. Hotel in general was very good standard, staff were excellent, friendly and good workers. Room was nice but it was close to the staff entrance, deliveries and waste collections so some noise at odd hours. Hence only four stars.
We were Bed & Breakfast and thought it good value and nice food.

The big pool . The property was very clean , Great location near Marina a beach .

To get to the reception there was a small flight of steps but even so it was hard taking a big heavy suitcase .
The breakfast was lovely though for a 4 star the dinner buffet wasn’t wow .
It was ok , nice and varied but nothing special .

En tant que famille avec un enfant en bas âge, nous avions souvent l'impression de gêner la clientèle de l'hôtel, majoritairement âgée, que ce soit au restaurant ou à la piscine.
El hotel está súper bien, destacar la limpieza , muy tranquilo, el desayuno súper bien La ubicación buenísima, andando a la playa y cerca de ciudadella. Hemos estado súper agusto, nos ha encantado

Our first time at this hotel, Staff very welcoming and friendly, from the reception, through to restaurant, cleaning,pool attendants & bar staff.

bar who were always so cheerful, helpful & ready to serve, they all kept everyone’s drinks flowing and topped up, a special shout out to Sonia who
made me the best Cafe Macchiatos.
The hotel was a great location for us we only had breakfast( as we like to support the local businesses)at the hotel
which was always topped up & replaced immediately with lots of various foods to eat , I’d be shocked if someone couldn’t find anything so much of everything ! A great location as near to
local beaches, shops & restaurants, only downside is we have to go home Friday,
We would definitely come back to this hotel on our next visit

The swimming pool was lovely and the room was nice.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I am mobility impaired and let the hotel know in advance but on arrival was told that our room was downstairs from reception. There was no parking space assigned and we were just told to "find one by the supermarket" which had a 30 minute time limit. There was no help or luggage cages avaialable so my 77 year old partner had to phyiscal carry 2 heavy cases up and down the stairs. I delibrately order a room with a bath as it helps my back problems but there were no grab bars to ease getting into the bath. The shower pressure was useless and water dribbled out. The air conditioning was poor and left both of us sweating and uncomfortable. The spa was nice but the steam room was out of order. When I complained to the reception staff and asked to speak to a manager, the staff pretended to not understand and no Manager was available

Difficile de partir le dernier jour...
Les équipements du logement sont un peu vétustes, notamment la douche, avec une marche dangereuse.
The hotel has an excellent location steps away from Cala Bosch and is very well maintained. The staff is super attentive and willing to help. The only thing we didnt like was the dinner buffet (food was not very good) but the rest was great. Spa is beatiful, pool is very nice and rooms very spacious with kitchen.
