La ubicación y la amabilidad de los trabajadores. La zona de la piscina es muy bonita y esta muy limpia y bien conservada.

Cerca del hotel, entre las dos playas cercanas hay una zona rocosa donde hacer snorkel con niños

2nd year in a row to visit this beautiful Island and Hotel. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Cal'n Bosch harbour, and its lovely beach.
The rooms are clean and of a good size ,we had a lovely corner room with pool view. The little kitchenette is only really suitable for basic food, ie preparing a sandwich, as little equipment but enough for our needs and in the hot weather having access to cold drinks from a fridge is really useful. We were on half board, with plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner, with items such as omelettes for breakfast and choice of fish or meat cooked to order. Always attentive friendly service particulary from Cynthia, Antonio and Jesus.
The hotel pool is a good size , clean and just as importantly we were always able to get a sunlounger and parasol. The Spa is lovely , often having the pool to myself, unfortunately the steam and salt rooms were out of order. Overal a great choice and are about to book a return visit.

This hotel is fabulous, all the staff across the workforce are exceptional.
We had the Bed & Breakfast option which was perfect for us and would often have lunch at the lovely pool side bar.
We found the food, the room and the staff excellent and will certainly be returning.
There are so many lovely restaurants around the marina that are not expensive.
If your looking for an stressless chill in a fabulous hotel in a lovely location , people watching in the lovely marina bars then try this hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Grupotel Macarella Suites & Spa et nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Les installations (piscine, spa et animations) sont de grande qualité et ont largement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du restaurant. Le buffet en demi-pension est excellent, varié et renouvelé chaque jour. Souffrant de contraintes alimentaires pour raisons de santé, j’ai été particulièrement touchée par l’attention qui m’a été portée. Le chef est venu chaque jour s’assurer que je pouvais manger en toute sérénité et a toujours cherché des solutions adaptées. C’est une attention rare que nous avons énormément appréciée.

Plus généralement, l’ensemble du personnel a été d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, professionnel et attentionné. Beaucoup ont pris le temps de discuter avec nous, en français ou en anglais, et de prendre de nos nouvelles. Nous nous sommes senties véritablement les bienvenues.

Un grand merci également à la réception pour sa réactivité. Ma fille avait oublié ses AirPods dans les draps du lit et ils sont partis avec le linge lors du ménage. L’équipe a immédiatement pris le problème en charge et a tout mis en œuvre pour les retrouver. Grâce à leur implication, nous avons pu les récupérer.

Great location , 5 mins from Cala n bosch beach, marina, shops and restaurants.
10-15 mins from Xoriguer beach
Great large pool and always free summers and parasols.
Quieter hotel, just dining room and outdoor bar (indoor bar was not open)
Large rooms, a bit tired but clean and suitable. Air conditioning not great, but it is working.
Small Spa and gym, didn’t use and not everything was open but there should you need this facility.
Staff were all lively and helpful.
Would definitely return.

What a fantastic hotel!
The staff were magnificent, so friendly and helpful.
Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean 100% of the time.
We stayed in room 128 overlooking the pool. It was a massive family room with 2 soluble bedrooms both with en-suite.
Excellent kitchen facilities and much needed air-conditioning.
Housekeeping serviced our room every day.
The bar staff were brilliant.
We stayed on a B&B basis. Breakfast was beautiful with so much choice.
The location of the hotel is perfect.
A stones throw from the beach and Marina.
We will definitely be returning.

Large pool with plenty of loungers. Big rooms but bathrooms need updating food ok but bit of the same after a few nights. Hotel badly lets it self down in the evening with no indoor bar or terrace area open. The only place to get a drink in the evening is in the snack bar. Who would sit there all evening ? Entertainment poor or virtually non existent. Do your self a favour and walk down to Valentin Star (Adults only) and watch there professional shows every night with waiter service to your table and cheaper

Muy cerca de la playa, el personal es muy agradable,simpático y atento. El desayuno es variado y ágil. La habitación, con vistas a la piscina, tiene un pequeño salón con cocina y un dormitorio amplio, además de una terraza con una mesa y 4 sillas, un pequeño tendedero y un balconcito en el dormitorio. La piscina tiene muchas tumbonas, siempre hay varias disponibles y se puede encontrar alguna zona de sombra bajo los árboles que la rodean. Permiten utilizar la piscina el día del check-out y te proporcionan toallas para ducharte después, y poder así ir fresco al aeropuerto. El aire acondicionado funciona bien y la ducha tiene una buena presión de agua. Aunque el parking es pequeño, no hemos tenido problema para encontrar sitio en la calle cerca del hotel.
