Motel needs updated elevators need to be replaced no security lock on inside of the door a/c not good will never stay there again. Also the gentleman in the wheelchair I'm thinking the owner was very grapple

2 bedrooms one room has the air-conditioning other room just has fan so it get hot with door closed no vents through to get air-conditioning from other room only issue
How close it was to everything
Everything there was cockroach in the room they won't answer there phone one of the staff that was supposed to run the counter he ran to his car jumping and drove off when we where walking down to check out
I loved the tub but a lot of things were messed up and the floors turned our feet black in our room

Close to everything
Asked for a top floor and got it no charge then asked for a spa tub and they said yes but when we got there no top floor and no spa tub and to top it offf no A/c and it was hottt! We asked for another room but was told we would have to pay for a 3 bed if not then cancel and leave hotel because there is no ther room available! and it was already late so we had no choice but to stay!!!
Nothing!!! and I accidentally spilled my water (Stanley) on bed in the morning the cleaning lady said she is charging me cause the stain! Stain its water lady! And then she took pillow cases off and said look dirty it was stains from previous uses not Water! So they charged me 100 for the water on the bed!!! Awful customer service
It was really close to where I wanted to be at next to everything we wanted to walk to and check out the stores ....
The parking lot is small and spaces are close to each other ..had a hard time open my door was afraid to hit the vehicle next to me .but other then that was good

The hotel was nasty. The place smelled like urine. The air conditioners didnt work. The ceiling has fell down and it was all over the bed. We were put in 3 different rooms and they were all bad. We didnt even stay there one night. I will not be renting through booking anymore because it's too hard to get a refund. I should not have to pay for a place because of the motel being run down. There was several that left while we were there because it was so bad.

The location was good you could walk to any place you would want to be
