Eine schöne Umgebung in ruhiger Lage. Etwas besonderes!
Pros:

Authentisch eingerichtet. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen.
Parkplätze vorhanden. Es liegt am Stadtrand. Für einen Besuch der Innenstadt muss man PKW oder Bus benutzen.

Cons:

Ich kann nichts negatives berichten, habe mich aber auch nur für eine Nacht dort aufgehalten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Frühstück ok, die Qualität und Auswahl mittelmässig. Den Abend davor hatte ich im Restaurant gespeist. Bei der Aufnahme meiner Wünsche war der Kellner patzig. Das Amuse-Bouche war mittelmässig vom Geschmack und die darauf befindliche Kugel Falafel derart hart, dass sie beim Versuch sie mit der Gabel aufzunehmen davon sprang (habe es nach 2 Versuchen aufgegeben). Die Salatblätter hatten Sand und unter dem Haufen Salatblättern befand sich die Dekoration mit etwas Sosse? Anstelle einer Vinaigrette schmeckte es stark nach Essig, welcher auf meiner Lippe brannte. Es sah aus als wäre der Teller schon benutzt worden. Das geröstete Brot zu dunkel und am Rand verbrannt. Einzig der Heilbutt war gut. Als der Kellner kam und fragte, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit sei, beschrieb ich ihm was ich vorfand. Eher unwillig meinte er, er kann auch etwas Anderes bringen. Das lehnte ich ab, keine Entschuldigung. Danach kam er nicht mehr. Ich verliess den Speisesaal und dann kam der sehr freundliche junge Kellner, der mir auch einen Kaffee aufs Zimmer brachte. Diesen freundlichen jungen Mann kann ich sehr empfehlen, ihm erzählte ich mein Erlebnis und er entschuldigte sich sofort. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Pros:

Très charmant.
On est arrivé après la fermeture de la cuisine et on a été attendu avec des assiettes de charcuterie et fromage accompagnées de pain et salade. Un service 5 étoiles .
Très pratique, proche des voix de communication avec le calme et dépaysement en plus.

Pros:

Das Schloss ist landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen und gleichzeitig stadtnah. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr besonders, weil das ganze Haus Geschichte atmet. Der Chef und alle Mitarbeitenden sind ausgesprochen freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Suite entspricht dem gesamten Ambiente vollständig. Das Essen ist noch besser als ausgezeichnet!
