I had to cancel and find another place
Pros:

Located in an excessively heavy traffic area in the middle of town, not what I was expecting

It appeared not to be in good condition to house someone, with the first impression from the doormat being grimy.

An amazing stay with outstanding hospitality I would gladly stay here again.
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing experience.

Cons:

The only downside was that the room did not have a microwave, which would have made the stay even more convenient.

Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

Very noisy location, could not sleep well, windows don't close all the way so more noise enters the room, curtains don't cover the windows properly so too much light enters the room, water pressure in the shower is very low making hard to have a shower.

Cons:

Dirty old towels in the room,television difficult to connect to stations, no refrigerator despite paying $80 per night.no breakfast included on such an amount.your competition provides bed and breakfast for that amount.

The place was clean, it felt safe & my privacy was respected
Pros:

The place was always clean; the toiletries, the coffee, the tea bags and sugar were replenished everyday
Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful
I felt safe within the building
The location of the hotel at the centre of the city and, with the shops within reach was a an excellent bonus

The hotel in a great location, staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are big,clean& tidy.
Cons:

The toilet seat is positioned close to the wall, some people are unable to seat on it properly. If this is sorted ,the room will be perfect.

Location apart from the noise from the traffic

Cons:

Gosh DIRT DIRT, DIRTY place, you are met with dirt from the mat by the entrance, stairs full of dirt and shoe prints , was initially given 104 they had to change me coz that room was smelly, dusty and just not inviting, 304 was better but hmm standards have indeed dropped, wifi soo inconsistent,no shower gels, tvs too small, no room service i mean really ?? The guy who checked me in no professionalism at all, manager needs to do something coz hmm, restaurant was dirty crumbs on tables as well, noooo noo
