The Location is great proximity around key locations in Weslands and the Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was also very accommodative and allowed me a late checkout when I had a critical business call going on which I hugely appreciate.
I had a wonderful time with my spouse took the deluxe double room with breakfast included the room is well lit had all inclusive gas, microwave,fridge ,wardrobe good for family or who likes more comfort. U will have value for ur money.
Friendly staffs,clean room with no pests, food is okay.

The toilet system needs to be replaced. The permanent old brown stains all over the toilet give a filthy feeling.
Nice hotel centrally located, close to a mall and Resturants. Very helpful front desk staff.

I had such a great experience at Zenheria Hotel, mostly thanks to the people there. Right from the jump, the front desk team was so welcoming, and I really appreciated how understanding David the GM was with everything. The service kept getting better at the restaurant too, Dennis was our waiter and he was honestly wonderful, just so attentive and kind. What really sold me though was the room itself. It was excellent and so much bigger than I expected, with the bedroom being completely separate from the living room, which made it feel way more comfortable and private. It’s rare to find a place where both the staff and the layout are this good, so I’ll definitely be back.
The TV could be revamped and they should consider adding a baby chair at the restaurant but those are very minor things though, good place overall.

I booked this as a work trip/ break there was 12 of us from uk .. over all I thought the staff was outstanding and were always there to help nothing was a problem and supper friendly from start to finish. And the hotel was very clean and rooms were in excellent order. Me and my colleagues were very happy. And will definitely be going back again
Only down points is breakfast was not to my liking but that’s personal preference and I guess uk eats different things compared to Kenya
But still have enough get by
