The staffs were quite friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was sumptuous and the location was quite close to my exam center and KFC.

I had an absolutely outstanding stay at The Zehneria Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the very first moment, I was welcomed with genuine kindness, professionalism, and warmth. The hotel itself is excellent: the facilities are well maintained, the rooms are spotless, the cleanliness is impeccable, and every service provided exceeded my expectations.
What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its incredible team. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.
A special thank you to Peter, Eliud, and Tom at Reception, who were always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel at home throughout my stay.

As a visitor from Spain, staying in Nairobi for a university job-shadowing program, I truly felt welcomed and cared for during my entire stay. The staff were always available to provide information, help whenever needed, and make sure that every guest felt valued.

The Manager was a very good person and the environment was cool.
One of your staff, not a strength forward person ( Male ) and there should be different types of meals. (continental meals). Room facilities should be maintained, cos, my 6 days were without hot water in my room.
Breakfast was good . Room ventilation / air-conditioning unit worked well.
The room we got was really old, the toilet was really noisy when flushing + toilet bowl stains . Bathroom amenities were old ( seemed like they had not been replaced in ages ) , bathroom tiles were stained, shower drainage cover was a bit broken ( wasn't really appealing).
