No tengo palabras para explicar lo buena que fue nuestra experiencia en este hotel. Honestamente, superó por completo todas mis expectativas. Solo estuvimos una noche, pero me fui con ganas de volver muchísimo más tiempo. :)
Quiero agradecer especialmente el trato tan bonito que recibimos desde el primer momento. Tanto en recepción como en el restaurante, todos los trabajadores fueron increíblemente amables con nosotras, y eso hizo que la estancia fuera todavía más especial. Siempre tenian ganas de ayudar; de responder cualquier duda y te atendian con ilusión.
Sobre todo, quiero destacar a Ayla y a Ícaro, porque de verdad nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Siempre con una sonrisa, pendientes de todo y teniendo detalles que marcaron muchísimo la diferencia. Se nota cuando alguien trabaja de cara al público con cariño y ganas, y ellos hicieron que recordáramos esta experiencia con muchísimo cariño y que nos sintieramos muy acogidas. ¡Son los mejores!
La habitación estaba impecable, era enorme y muy cómoda. La piscina y todas las instalaciones del hotel nos encantaron. Se merecen más estrellas. Además, tuvieron el detallazo de que nos dieron la habitación antes de tiempo porque veníamos de un vuelo muy temprano, y sinceramente lo agradecimos muchísimo.
La ubicación también nos pareció perfecta, porque alrededor hay de todo: restaurantes, tiendas abiertas 24 horas, taxis, parada de bus, playas cercanas… todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar unos días en Ibiza sin preocuparte por nada.
Me llevo un recuerdo precioso de este sitio y estoy segura de que volveré. Gracias de corazón por hacer que una estancia tan corta se sintiera tan especial. Recomiendo este alojamiento con los ojos cerrados y si estas buscando un segundo hogar en Ibiza, has encontrado el sitio adecuado :)

The location is very good. The stuff is amazing, so friendly so caring, so helping)) the breakfast was very good and the food in restaurant in general also not expensive and tasty. The cocktails 🤩👌👌👌

The air conditioning was not working properly. But it wasn’t so hot so it didn’t bother us much)

Pros:
