Pros:

suht rauhallista. Puiston toisella puolen vastapäätä hotelli, josta sai ostaa mahtavan aamiaisen. Sijainti hyvä.

Cons:

Parvekkeen oven lukko oli rikki. Sidoimme oven itse narulla sisäpuolelta kiinni. Myös Wc:n lukko reistaili.

Aivan upea kokemus.
Pros:

Aamiaista ei ollut enää syyskuussa. Huone oli erittäin positiivinen yllätys, kaikki viimeisen päälle ok! Sijainti 10+. Helppoa, huokeata, viihtyisää. Televisio uusi ja iso, kaikki kanavat ok. Jääkaappi tilava ja tarpeeksi kylmä. Siivous näkymätöntä ja tehokasta. Kiitos Hotel Esplanad. Paras hotellikokemus ikinä.

Hyvin keskeinen sijainti, maksuton pysäköintipaikka. Omassa hintaluokassaan oikein kelvollinen.

Cons:

Pistorasiat olivat vähän hankalissa paikoissa omien laitteiden lataamista ajatellen (lattianrajassa tuolin takana, vaatekaapin sisällä).

Modern Hotel near the Centre of Town
Pros:

Modern hotel done up to good standards. Had everything you needed including coffee and tea making facilities. Comfortable bed, modern shower with plenty of hot water.
Great location very close to the main shops, pubs and restaurants. Everything was in walking distance from the hotel including the ferry terminal.
Overall good value for money and I would stay there again.

Cons:

This didn’t bother me but may affect other people. It advertises luggage storage but this is only available at their sister hotel Cikada which is about a 8minute walk away. The receptionist here was lovely and happy to accommodate storing my luggage for the day however for some people this may be bit of an inconvenience.
Again there is only a 24hour receptionist at the sister hotel, not Esplanad.

Decent base for exploring Åland and Mariehamn
Pros:

The location makes it very easy to get around with pretty much any personal vehicle, be it a car, bicycle or motorbike. Decent amount of parking space in the yard. Breakfast was okay with typical amount of options. City centre located very close.

Cons:

The room became quite hot. The washing room with toilet has inadequate air circulation making it difficult to dry your towels and clothes. Traffic noise from adjacent street may hinder your sleeping.
