Decent place, good value for money.
Pros:

Big spacious room.

Cons:

Noisy part of town. No fridge in the room, although when asked, they accommodated us with a spare.

Cons:

The tv does not connect to the internet !!! you need to fix this as we are paying for a service. I told the receptionist about this and he said “it’s because the IT guys have blocked it on some of the tv’s”.. why would they do that?! Also fridge is needed in every room (especially for the prices paid). Drinking warm drinks was unbearable in hot weather.

The area is in the heart of the city but the side is not noisy. The stuff were amazing from the security guys, receptionists both day and night, cleaners. I would definitely go back there whenever I'm in Zimbabwe. Thank you N1 crew. I've been away for a while but you made My stay was amazing. U made me miss my zimbo hospitality. Thank you once again

Hot water wasn't constant I guess it's because of the solar geysers and it was winter so I totally understood that but everything else was amazing

It was great
Pros:

The place was tide and the room was great and good looking.

Cons:

I think water should not be put in electric jars because it was smelling when i boiled it thinking its fresh but it had stayed a lot.
