Pros:

Veľmi príjemný hotel v tichej lokalite s pekným výhľadom. Izba bola čistučká, krásne zariadená a priestranná. Raňajky hodnotím super, dalo sa vybrať z veľkej ponuky jedál a nápojov. Jedlo sa priebežne dopĺňalo, takže sa ušlo všetkým. Pobyt sme si užili v pohodlí a radi sa vrátime aj nabudúce.

Cons:

Jedine, čo sa nám nepáčilo, že sa nedalo otvoriť okno a vyvetrať. Okno sa dalo dať len na vetračku. Ale bola na izbe klimatizácia.

S pobytem jsem celkově spokojená.
Pros:

Byla jsem překvapená velkým výběrem jídla na snídani i privetivostì personálu jídelny a paní pokojské.

Cons:

Postrádala jsem na pokoji ledničku a očekávala jsem o něco větší pokoj.

Nice room, Fawlty towers reception and experience
Pros:

Location was decent! Could walk everywhere reasonably

Cons:

The reception was very ’Fawlty towers’… 6 months ago I tried to book spa treatments.. was told they open 1 month prior… so I email with one month left, responce but bookings not open… I respond asking to book treatments… no responce. 1 week prior I email again to try to confirm treatments…. No responce. I arrive on the day, reception tells me treatments aren’t booked and to come down at 8:15 the next day as they will surely fit me in… meanwhile I ask random staff from the spa, and I have bookings at 7:30am despite not email correspondence… I tell reception I managed to sort the missing booking and get told ”I know”….. right. So I do YOUR job, and you seem cheesed? At all times I had absolutely no idea what was going on, and was given no information.

Also, if you’re Australian, do not expect relaxing spa day as you would imagine…. Expect pensioner paradise with Czech radio playing the hits of the 80s in a weird hospital type setting. Not bad….but not what we consider a spa

Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig gewesen. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl.

Pros:

Просторный номер, вкусный завтрак, приятный персонал, чисто, просторные кровати и хорошее постельное белье..
До центра 750 метров
В отеле есть возможность обедать и ужинать, ежедневное меню доступно.
Пожелания по кроватям учтены.

Cons:

Дорогая парковка 350 крон за день, не сразу понятно как на нее попасть. При желании запарковаться, необходимо сразу подъехать к шлагбаума, он откроется автоматически.
Вид на город- вид на ремонтируемые дороги и гаражи.
Отель в хорошем состоянии ,хотя его планировка коридорного типа не для любителей больших свободных современных пространств..На качестве проживания это никак не сазывается ,но есть ощущение, что ходишь по закуткам.
Покупали за день перед выездом, получается дороговато.

Hotel stranou od centra, takže klidné, ale rychlá dostupnost na kolonády i do parků, čistota pokoje, pohodlné lůžko, snídaně i večeře průměrné, ale vybere si každý

Cons:

Nehezké sociální zařízení pokoje, chybí sprcha, jen vana a plesnivý zavěs

Ubýtování bylo velmi příjemné v klidném prostředí.
Pros:

Přístup personálu byl profesionální vstřícný a vynikající.

Cons:

I přes potvrzení, že budou lůžka oddělena, tak po příchodu na pokoj tomu tak nebylo.
