Recepção do hotel é muito boa, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos

O hotel está em declínio, já foi melhor, falta manutenção, muita coisa quebrada e aspecto de abandono, café da manhã fraco, com muita coisa de má qualidade. Infelizmente o hotel deixou a excelência e se tornou um hotel meia boca com preços de hotel com alto padrão. Já foi melhor administrado

Agua do chuveiro quente não esquentava e/ou não saia.....reclamei 3 vezes e nada foi feito...uma na recepção, iutra na gerencia e outra moça bem atenciosa do bar......2 dias de banho em agua gelada!!!!
