Perfect as usual.
Pros:

Staff always very helpful, location superb. Always our go to hotel, when in Victoria Falls.

Hotel was basic but clean - and the Indian dinner was great !

Did not care for the two men who set upon us as we walked in trying to sell us whatever they were selling - they then scowled at us when rebuffed - NOT a good experience.

The Middle Aged front desk man quoted us a price for a taxi then when they driver arrived gave the driver a higher price to charge us NOT a good experience

Perfect location - good value for money for reasonable accommodation
Pros:

Proximity to restaurants- facilities and easy walk to most things - felt very safe in this area - the security at the door gave us peace of mind that we were safe and the little balcony to sit outside and watch the local traffic and ongoing

Cons:

Although the hotel's cleanliness was impressive, its overall condition was somewhat tired. The bathroom, in particular, required attention, with a cracked shower base and mold in the silicone joins. Furthermore, the toilet seat needed replacing due to chips on the seat. More storage space for toiletries would also be beneficial.
It's also worth noting that the hotel does not have a lift, only stairs which may pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues
But the staff were very friendly and obliging with any and all requests
The little cafe shop attached was a perfect for a good reasonable priced breakfast again staff amazing

A good value for the area, but took some adjusting to get comfortable.
Pros:

Location was very convenient with restaurants and town nearby. Easy 10 min walk to the Vic Falls NP. Easy to book activities at the activity desk from a few different companies, all with arranged transportation. Small shop on site for snacks, drinks, souvenirs and toiletries (like bug spray).

Cons:

Room had a tight corner between end of bed and "desk". Outlets near bed were too high to be useful so I used the outlets over the desk (which worked fine, but didn't reach the bed). Local artists and merchants are very close by so I couldn't walk anywhere without being asked to buy things (and they were persistent).

Cons:

Ziemlich kleiner, enger Raum, trotz Anpreisung grosses Zimmer. In m2-Grösse wurde Badzimmer mit eingerechnet. Keine Ablageflächen für Necessaires im Bad. Probleme mit Card-Zahlung (funktioniert nicht). Zimmerpreis überteuert, nicht preiswert.

Unterirdische Preisleistung, für heruntergekommene Unterkunft in top Lage.

Super Lage, fussläufig zu den Victoria-Fällen, sowie zu guten Restaurants.

Cons:

Personal verweist nur auf Hotelangebote, bei Nachfragen zu Restaurants, Supermärkten und Taxi-Preisen. Heruntergekommene Zimmerausstattung, kein Kühlschrank, sehr schmales und kurzes Bett(keine 2m). Preis-Leistung stimmte zu keinem Zeitpunkt.
