This is the best hotel with cheap price for short stay, work, business, not so recommend for healing
Pros:

The bed is comfy.
The room also provided prayer mat and accurate qiblah signage at ceiling.
The aircond also super cold and love it.
The bathroom is clean and nice hot shower.
Would be nicer if provide hair dryer as well

Cons:

- The TV is quite old not so clear to watch.
- its very funny that mini refrigerator is in the bathroom.
- Rotten floor
- only single key card provided, its very difficult when stay with more than 1 person with only have single room card.
- The lobby is not well furnished and decorated made looks abandoned office workspace.
- breakfast would be nice if provide toaster for breads. Not so good with the cheap sausage, no cereals breakfast.
- Noise pollution at night where all JDM cars ramming at the street and loud bang & exhaust.

Disappointing
Cons:

There is an illegal car and motor race in front of the hotel at night, too noisy and we cannot sleep well. Housekeeping was below par- hair on the floor as we checked in and when moved to new room, leftover bottle and drinks by previous guest were not removed and cleaned. Ground floor breakfast area was stuffy and barely had any airconditioning.

Semuanya ok dari segi kebersihan bilik, bilik yg luas, toilettries, air minuman yang disediakan. Sarapan pun semua sedap

Great for location.
Pros:

The location is in the city centre and easy to go anywhere in Kuantan.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast is not so good.
The room can be cleaned better and the curtains are full of dust. Air cond in the living room need service to be cooler.

Pros:

Clean front desk and lobby. Big room. Location.

Cons:

Some stains on the bed sheet and pillow cases. Room too big and slightly dark. Fridge is in the toilet/shower room. Not very secure as anybody can use the lift to go to the rooms' level even though the hotel issued security card to enter the rooms, the lift does not require the security card to be scanned. Only has fixed rain shower in the bathroom, no hand shower head, very inconvenient. Only 1 electrical power socket beside the bed, not enough power socket.
