We had a spacious and comfortable bungalow with a cozy bed, offering a beautiful view that was partly of the garden and partly of the ocean.
There were not many guests, which allowed us to feel at ease and never crowded, so we felt truly well taken care of. The staff were warm, smiling, and very helpful.
If you felt that the portions at the hotel’s restaurant were a bit too small/ expensive , just around the corner—right by the main entrance from the road to the beach—you’ll find a lovely warung run by a local couple, serving delicious Balinese dishes with genuine care and hear and very good price.
Unfortunately, there were many quad tours passing by, creating a lot of noise. In the evenings around sunset, countless cross motorcycles with tourists and locals made it impossible to relax, enjoy the sound of the waves, or watch the sunset peacefully. You could also smell exhaust fumes.
Additionally, we were informed on arrival that swimming in the ocean is not allowed at this beach in this region at all, so we couldn’t experience that. The only option left was the pool—which, fortunately, was quiet and mostly empty during our stay.

Galiba Restaurant çalışanları turizm okulundan gelen ve çalışan arkadaşlar, akşam servisi hiç hızlı değildi, yemekler çok vasat hazırlanmıştı. Restaurant için biraz daha özen gösterilmeli.

La camera era molto bella e pulita, la cucina buona e lo staff molto gentile. Abbiamo usufruito di fantastici massaggi.
La mancanza di cura e attenzione. In camera mancavano l’istruzione per il wi-fi e l’indicazione dei numeri per chiamare i vari servizi.
Inoltre la lista delle attività e dei menù disponibili era stampata su carta stropicciata e i fogli erano uniti in modo da non mostrare interamente le scritte.
Abbiamo prenotato il servizio di trasferimento in aeroporto per un orario ma poi l’autista è arrivato con più di un’ora di anticipo perchè gli era stato comunicato un orario errato.

Beach front, landscape, staff and room excellent.
Not because of hotel, but due to harvesting season, the burnt smoke caused me lung issues. If you have respiratory issues,. please avoid it on harvest season. In addition, breakfast can be improved.
Once you're in the property, the location is beautiful, the staff is so well trained to focus on customer service. They are fluid and flexible and always there to serve.
Prior to the visit, guests must deal with the reservation department. They are robotic and very difficult to connect with. It's also important to note that buildings are being built all around the property so outside of the property is all Construction.
What a pleasant surprise this hotel was!!! It was our first stop during our honeymoon. We booked it as it was slightly out of the way, not in the Denpasar busy area.
You end up having a small villa for yourself, no shared walls with your room neighbours, and the living area/shower room are massive!!!
