La nota del hotel es un 7, pero con matices, sube mucho por el entorno, porque el pueblo de Ascain nos pareció encantador, tranquilo, pero con actividades, servicios, con aparcamiento fácil, un pueblo ideal para conocer el País Vasco Francés. La situación del hotel en mitad de la plaza es inmejorable, y las vista a la montaña desde la habitación eran muy bonitas

Cons:

Nuestra estancia fue de 6 noches y no entendemos por qué nos pusieron en la habitación nº 1, situada al lado del cuarto de la limpieza, con lo que eso implica por la mañana. A partir de las ocho se escuchaba ruido, puertas (hay que engrasarlas), pasos, movimiento.
Por otro lado, las fotos por internet no se corresponden con la realidad, el cuarto era muy pequeño y algo agobiante con las maletas por medio.
El cambio climático es un hecho y no están preparados, las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y un ventilador, que además estaba roto, no es suficiente para muchas noches de julio, además en esa habitación en concreto no había corriente de aire y no fue fácil dormir.
La moqueta muy vieja y la conexión wifi funciona muy mal.

Hotel sencillo en buena zona para visitar Pais Vasco Frances. Nuestras habitacion (otras vimos que estaban reformadas) estaba bien en general pero el baño era muy pequeño. No había espacio casi para moverse ni para dejar las cosas de aseo ni colgar las toallas de ducha de 4 personas.

Cons:

Hacia mucho calor en la habitación. Hace falta aíre acondicionado para hacer la estancia agradable. Había dos ventiladores y con eso apañamos pero, fue incómodo. La habitación era para dos adultos y dos chicos así que tenía una cama grande y dos pequeñas y, el servico de habitaciones solo hizo la cama grande. No entiendo porque cuando hemos pagado habitación para 4

Malgré une rénovation récente bricolée pourrait faire beaucoup mieux .

L'amaturisme du service , l' absence de wifi , et la désinvolture avec laquelle on m' expliqué qu ' elle était en en panne depuis un bon moment et que c'était la faute à Orange . Une lunette des toilettes vagabonde .Un porte savon liquide cassé .

On ne veut qu'une chose : y revenir !

Le personnel est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner sous les platanes est top avec beaucoup de produits locaux ! Il manque que des oeufs, de la txistorra et des oranges pressées pour en faire un déjeuner exceptionnel.
Mention particulière à la personne qui gère le petit déjeuner, qui est adorable !

. La salle de bain de la chambre 27 n'est vraiment pas fonctionnelle. Le robinet de l'évier commande également la douche, ce qui est peu pratique.

L'endroit est très bruyant et, lorsqu'il fait chaud, il est nécessaire d'ouvrir la fenêtre puisqu'il n'y a pas de climatisation.
