O hotel é um antigo e pela umidade tinha um cheiro ruim nos corredores.

Hotel se deklaruje za green proaktivní, což je asi pravda, ale některé aspekty tohoto přístupu snižují kvalitu poskytované ubytování v očekávané kvalitě. To se týká například výměny ložního prádla, kterou jsme během více než týdenního pobytu nezaznamenali. V hotelu je také dovoleno kouřit na pokojových balkonech či pokojových bazénech, aniž jsou tyto prostory od sebe odděleny - kouř z cigaret pak cítíte i tehdy, když o to opravdu nestojíte. Dispozice hotelu, který sestává z hlavní budovy a několika depandance je velmi diskomfortní pro osoby se sníženou mobilitou. Když si musíte chodit ze 3. patra depandance chodit pokaždé do hlavní budovy 3 minuty po sluncem zalité cestě, je to opravdu nepříjemné. Hotel deklaruje, že disponuje čtenářskými koutky v zeleni, ale v reálu jsou to je volně rozmístěná lehátka v zahradě, která slouží především pro ty, kteří nezískají místo na lehátku u bazénu. V zahradě je pouze dílčí stín vrhaný stromy - olivovníky, fíkovníkem a granátovým jablkem. Zahrada je velmi přírodní, takže kdo nemá při první návštěvě repelent, odchází nepříjemně pokousaný od komárů a mravenců (skoro všichni hosté měli několik dní viditelné štípance na nohou). Velkou nevýhodou hotelu je vzdálenost od pláže, na níž 0ak nemá k dispozici žádná lehátka pro hotelové hosty (to je ale na Zakynthosu obecný problém). Takže k moři se dá jít buď stezkou přes olivový hájek (který slouží zároveň jako parkoviště), přičemž se k pláži dostanete dlouhými,, příkrými schody (opět zcela nevhodné pro osoby s problémy mobilitou), nebo po poměrně frekventované silnici. Kapacita jídelny jr trochu malá na počet hostů, takže i když je v ní pár lidí, působí zaplněně. Stoly jsou často blízko u sebe, takže se od nich obtížně zvedá a také se mezi nimi špatně prochází. Řada míst je u otevřených oken, takže do nich pere slunce - efekt klimatizace je vlastně k ničemu.

Really don't have anything bad to say. We were really satisfied with our stay and have no feedback at all.

* Standard double rooms are too small for two people.
* Very small bathroom with no shower screen, leaving water all over the floor after a shower.
* The private pools lack privacy.
* Some of the private pools face a very noisy and busy road.
* The cleaning was very poor.
* Juice was served warm, straight from cartons.
* The buffet was uninspiring – you can eat much better at local restaurants.
* The dessert selection was disappointing.
* There was never any space available around the pool.
* Mosquitoes and wasps were a major problem.
* The hotel feels too cramped overall. It lacks a proper lobby, there is not enough space in the restaurant, and the whole place could do with a more open and spacious layout. You have to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool.
* The cushions in the restaurant were often wet from guests sitting on them in wet swimwear.

La doccia non aveva il vetro e quindi il bagno si bagnava tutto.

-Zimmer im Hauptgebäude feucht und schimmelig
-auf dem ganzen Gelände Kloakengeruch
-an der Poolbar ausschließlich Plastikbecher, welche großteils vergilbt und ekelig waren
-außerhalb der Verpflegungszeiten ausschließlich Getränke an der Poolbar
-direkt an der Poolbar stark stinkende Abwasserrinne, welche gleichzeitig Stolperfalle war
-All-inclusive Getränkeangebot unterirdisch
-Verwendung von billigstem Alkohol (für den aufgerufenen Preis Frechheit)
-Hauptpool für Gästeanzahl viel zu klein
-Poolliegen mangelhafter Hygienezustand
-Sitzgelegenheiten abends unzureichend und teilweise defekt
-bestätigte Buchung im Al a Carte Restaurant via App nicht wahrnehmbar, da Restaurant geschlossen
-über 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser
-Gastgeschenke wurden teilweise gegen 22 Uhr aufs Zimmer gebracht, ohne zu klopfen (Privatsphäre)
-Nebengebäude zu weit weg vom Haupthaus, da vor Ort weder Wasserspender noch Bar
-Hotelgelände offensichtlich Hundetoilette, keine Reinigung
-SCHLECHTE BEWERTUNGEN OFFENSICHTLICH GELÖSCHT, weshalb ein völlig falscher Eindruck entsteht

* Very small bathroom with an inadequate shower and no shower screen or curtain, resulting in half of the bathroom getting absolutely soaked after every shower
* Noisy air-conditioning system - even when you switch off the air conditioning in your room, you can still hear the units from neighbouring rooms. This makes peaceful sleep difficult in what is otherwise a very quiet area. I had to use earplugs every night
* When we arrived, the water in the swimming pool looked murky/cloudy. This only improved towards the end of our stay
* Unlike most Mediterranean hotels I’ve stayed at, there was no made-to-order omelette station. When I asked for a freshly made omelette with tomatoes, cheese and ham, I was told to ask the lady preparing the standard egg-only omelettes for the buffet. When I asked her, however, she was visibly unhappy, shook her head and made me an egg-only omelette instead
* Very limited selection of cocktails included in the All Inclusive package
* Paid cocktails were substandard and not worth the extra cost
* Most of the desserts were not nice at all

Alles war in Ordnung!

Very little to mention. Our only disappointment was that our private pool room had two single beds instead of one double bed. The hotel kindly offered us another room with a double bed, but it was farther from the main hotel and didn’t have the same beautiful view, so we decided to stay in our original room. Also, after showering, the bathroom floor could get quite wet. These were only minor issues in an otherwise fantastic stay.
