I had a great stay at the Nautilus! The hotel was very transparent about the ongoing renovations before my arrival, and honestly, the noise was minimal and never took away from my experience. I spent most of my time enjoying the beach, which was fantastic. A special shoutout to Kymani and Leo, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed—from keeping the drinks flowing to creating the perfect relaxing beach setup. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely return!

Decent hotel in good location but hotel was under significant renovation when I stayed there. That said it’s probably going to be very nice once it’s done
This is not an operating hotel. This is a construction site in no condition to receive paying guests.

“All amenities are closed. Construction noise from 8am to 5pm is to be expected due to hotel being renovated and neighboring hotel to the north is also being constructed.” I spoke with three different staff members at three different times prior to arriving at no point did any of them express the extent of construction. Untill they swiped that card for the security hold. Do not stay here untill construction is done if anything stay next door or at national. This also is not a prime location for fun stuff you’re better off at Lowell’s which is closer to fun stuff. Also there is a red algae blue this part of the beach has it rough. The more south you go the less algae I noticed. Reservations was July 2026 don’t pay more than 300usd for any room here. It does have an ocean view. Zero romance you won’t hear waves crashing on the beach from your balcony. The room was clean I’ll give them that. Ancillary staff was friendly said hello in the hallways. Valet opened door every time. Early check in was available to me without hesitation.
