E' un albergo che ho frequentato sin dalla sua apertura durante le mie permanenze a Bayaibe, anche con altri miei ospiti. E' esemplare nella sua struttura e per come essa è stata realizzata, con tanta attenzione anche ai più piccoli dettagli, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle varie camere e le opere di manutenzione sono costanti. La struttura offre una grande privacy e tranquillità soprattutto a coloro che disdegnano la baraonda quuotidiana dei resort confinanti. La spiaggia non è fruibile per via del tipo di costa ma le varie piscine disponibili leniscono la mancanza.

Cons:

Purtroppo negli anni l'attenzione alle necessità della clientela sono venute meno, ed è un vero peccato poichè una struttura del genere dovrebbe mantenere lo status acquisito e non abbassarsi a locande di terzo ordine. L'aria condizionata della nostra camera si è guastata subito dopo il nostro arrivo e nulla è stato fatto per porvi rimedio, se non la promessa di ripararla ma dopo la nostra partenza! E siamo ai tropici. Un vero albergo di prima categoria ci avrebbe cambiato immediatamente l'alloggio anche in considerazione che era quasi vuoto.

Great and peaceful places
Pros:

Great place, super clean, with amazing pools and excellent food. It’s a very quiet spot to relax, and the installations are top-notch, equipped with all the appliances you’d need for a long stay, even though cooking isn’t allowed.

Cons:

The information about the place, plans, and overall process wasn’t great, and the check-in could definitely use improvement. Our apartment didn’t have dark curtains, so the room was too bright, making it hard to sleep well. We also had a bad experience booking an excursion with them—their coordination with the provider was poor, and they didn’t pick us up as promised. On the bright side, they admitted their mistake and refunded my money.

The place doesn’t have beach access, but it does offer access to the ocean where you can swim if you know how.
