Pros:

Fui para ir a un partido al Nemesio Diez y la ubicación del hotel esta estupendo, llegas caminando al estadio solo caminar como 5 cuadras y los portales están a la vuelta, las instalaciones se me hicieron muy bien, la habitación impecable, todo limpio, baño y camas, me volveré a hospedar ahí en mi próxima visita

Cons:

Que las paredes son un poco delgadas y si el vecino del cuarto de a lado es ruidoso, se escucha.

La gerencia debe atender: qué en la áreas comunes y habitaciones huele mucho a cigarro 🚬, en la noche estuvieron haciendo ruidos fuertes otros huéspedes ( golpear cosas) que no dejaban dormír.

La cercanía del hotel al centro lo hace unico

Cons:

Las instalaciones ya son un poco antiguas, los pasillos huelen a alfombra vieja y las paredes de madera si están polvos. La iluminación en el estacionamiento es pobre.
El costo de $1,600 MXN es algo alto para las instalaciones. Es bueno sin embargo podrían mejorar.

El personal no encontraba mis habitaciones que habíai reservado en la aplicación decía que eran habitaciones remodeladas y me dieron una habitación remodelada y otra no la cual olía muy pero muy feo y baje hablar con el recepcionista el cual es un señor ya grande el cual me dijo que no podía hacer nada ... lo cual solo me ofreció aromatisante suelto ...
También al llegar al hotel era cambio de turno el cual se pusieron a discutir enfrente de mi .. lo cual me hizo sentir incomodo e inseguro de estar en un lugar poco profesional comprometido por sus huéspedes ...

Worst “stay” of my life. We left to a better place the same day

Cons:

It was dirty. Not a hotel more like a cheap motel. The rooms didn’t have latches like they were purposely removed. Tou could hear people loudly having sex in the next room and young girls came in and out constantly. It was more like a place that gets rented by the hour. Looks nothing like the pictures. This place gave me the creeps. The manager was awful and refused to speak with me until I asked “isn’t that what his job is?” They also tried to intimidate us saying “the manager is coming to the property from his house” we were in a different country and don’t know what kind of man the manager was but an awful one for sure. I would have taken this until the police and a lawyer came but my family was scared. I was in the phone with booking and “the manager” for over 3 hours going back and forth trying to get a refund since it looks nothing like the pictures. This place literally gave me and my family the creeps we took our things and went to a much better hotel the same day and for a similar price. This hotel wasn’t super cheap either which made us think it had potential but beware and look at the pictures!
