The property is big and clean, but it lacks perks such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fire pits outside, ice machine etc.
Pros:

Clean, good location, spacious room

Cons:

There is no air conditioner in a room and it was extremely hot. Did not notice any notifications about it on a booking page, would have stayed somewhere else.

Cons:

The electricity was out as soon as I arrived which limited what I could do while I was there. Although it wasn't the hotels fault.

Partial view of Big Bear Lake every morning was wonderful. About two blocks away from The Village.

Cons:

No air conditioning. No ice maker.

Vintage Innn- No A/C
Pros:

Rooms were clean and beds were pretty comfortable. Couches were nice and the full size fridge was nice to have.

Cons:

No A/C! Being almost 90 degrees in Big Bear, the rooms were miserably hot and was difficult to sleep at night. Would be nice to have it listed somewhere that there was no a/c in the rooms
No soap for our bathrooms, we had to go back to the front office to get soap and toilet paper. Shower heads are way short.
For the price, definitely not worth it.

Pros:

Location good for the village and lake.
Nice restaurant at the end of the drive, lakeside.
Staff welcoming.
Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Not a criticism of the location - but the bin truck outside at 6 am, very loud.
