La habitación era muy grande, aunque no fue la que contratamos.

Cons:

Llegamos a las 5:30 PM, y pese a que el checkin era a las 3 PM, no tenían la habitación preparada con la excusa que habían tenido lleno el día anterior, y solo nos ofrecieron esperar o cambiar a otra habitación de unas características inferiores a la que teníamos reservada. No me parece correcto trasladar al cliente tus problemas de planificación.

We love the room. It was very clean, very spacious.
Love the morning breakfast.

Cons:

Wasn't happy.We were total.Checkout was at twelve o'clock on the app.But they were knocking at the door at eleven 01 saying, check out was at eleven. Might wanna go on the website and fix that time.

We waited almost 3 hours to check in after arriving at 3pm. Staff was not helpful. Charged me $50 more dollars after trying to checking in at 6 pm for incidentals. Would not give us a room unless we paid the $50. Would not refund any money or help us as we sat in the lobby waiting for our room. Almost missed the ballgame we were there to attend. This was a common problem with all visitors. There were guests in the bathroom getting ready for a wedding due to not having available rooms at check in time. Room did not accommodate what was reserved. Never been so disappointed in a hotel visit.

Let down , subpar stay for sure
Pros:

The hotel was clean, shower had plenty of hot water, valet services were amazing. But the hotel was extremely HOT. I had the air conditioning turned all the way down and it stayed 76 degrees in our room and the hallways were even worse. Then there were no trucks to be found to transport our luggage and we were on the 14 floor, quite a workout. The breakfast was ok but not up to other Hilton breakfast bufffet.we love your hotel but we were really let down this stay.For the advertising you do about above and beyond for our customers, this was a let down.
