Waste of money.

Cons:

The property seems very old. You can see through the condition of room and common areas.
In the name of welcome drink, they are serving you something like electrolytes.
Cleanliness does not exist in the hotel.
The toilets for room are worse than a public toilet. (You can see the brown stains on commod)
The bed sheet and duvet covers are not clean. There are weird stain all over along with unpleasant smell around the place.
I was staying in room 5521, which I chose after looking at 10 different rooms since I’ve already paid and they couldn’t refund the money.
