No windows in my room and the front office didn’t tell me

The breakfast spread/options could have been better. Bacon etc would have made things better, plus thing were not replaced promptly in breakfast buffet.

I was in room 6625 the shower drain was blocked so in the evening to have shower in the bathrooms that didn’t work so they change my room to 4424 and the shower Slade was no good so i reported these to manger but nothing come of so I will never stay at this hotel again
The size of the room was decent size. Breakfast was great.
First of all their contact number on the website is wrong, that number no longer works. I had so much difficulty to find this hotel because I couldn’t get through their number. I had just landed from Melbourne and was expected to check in around 21:00 hours. I was calling on the number they had mentioned on their website and that had no response. Upon arriving at the counter I asked them why does that number exists on the website if no one is going to answer it. They said they have not updated the current number!
Upon arriving into my room, I noticed room size was quite spacious. However, the bathroom blinds were absolutely filthy, it legit had mould on them. The stickers on the glass were torn. The cupboards had their own closing issues.
Shower needed a better curtain, the shower drain drains water so slowly that you have to pause your shower to let water drain through first.
The room service phone unit had wrong room number. The hand wash was out of soap, the paper towels were not stocked every morning during room cleaning, nor the hand washing soap.
It being a one of the well known chains, it did not meet the expectations that you expect it to meet. The photos on website are absolutely misleading about the presentation of the property. The ground reality is totally different.

Stayed with this hotel ... I found services and food of this hotel beyond to my expectations. Food is awesome with handful amenities .

Had a relaxed stay at Ramada. Service was excellent and staff extremely enthusiastic. Dinner and breakfast had a good choice of meals. Breakfast also gave us mouth watering Chole Bhature coupled with Lassi. Service at the Restauurant by Nikita was very good.
Also Mr. Rajendra, Sawan and Chef Manoj who provided us these delectable meals. Thank you Hotel Ramada. Will come back again to enjoy your hospitality.

The property is beautiful and clean
The restaurant staff is unable to cater to the rooms as they have no food from outside theory. The staff takes ages to respond to the intercom.
