Comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

Great value, great location in a park, the room was clean and the beds very comfy.

if you are on budget this is a great place to stay
Pros:

for the price it is a good hotel, we were on a budget and this hotel worked great for us. We did not expect a five star resort and we did not get it either but I was very satisfied with our stay. location is right in town which is a bonus, the view was great and the facility was very amenable. The kitchen amenity was a very nice surprise it made our stay that much more comfortable.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was terrible, it worked ok in the daytime when no one was around but at night when the place was full we couldn't even watch T.V because it was constantly buffering and would even kick me out of the streaming app.

No wifi, no ac, no elevator. It was still comfy, and the lack of these thing didn't make or break anything. It was still a nice stay, and comfy

It seemed expensive at $200/night for the experience. Luckily my 13 year girls like it well enough.
Pros:

We loved the water view of room 121, the warm pool, the amount of towels, and dishes/utensils provided. It was nice that they gave us coffe and cream. We like the proximity to Hilo Bay.

Cons:

The neighboring complex was loud. We did not have wifi (it did not reach our room). We did not have ac but luckily it was overcast and there was a big gust of wind.

Pros:

It was a bit dingy but it is to be expected since it is such an old, outdated building. No AC but fans work and its right on the ocean. I Felt like I was warped back into the 1970s! If that is my only complaint to conplain about, 1st world problems!! However, staff was polite, place was quiet. A good place to rest, nice shower, Tv, full size fridge. Everything you need.

海水浴場のすぐ近く。駐車場の大きなバニヤンツリーが邪魔だけど、大変良い⭕️。エアコンは無くても、暑くなかった。シーリングファンが最高でした♪😃コインランドリーも良いです。（使い易い）

エレベーターとエアコンが無い。（それがどうした！）

Older hotel, no aircon, beach location.
Pros:

Its an older hotel with no aircon. Not pretty to look at from the outside. The room was clean and had the basics. You could see and hear the ocean from the balcony but probably not from every room. Had to sleep with the doors open and fans on to be cool. It was fine for the price. There is airport noise in the morning.

Great location, clean and comfortable.
Cons:

It was a wonderful stay right on the bay. We opened the balcony door and listened to the water lapping the shore. Also enjoyed eating on the covered balcony and use of the kitchenette.

I would certainly stay here again.
