Pros:

The scenery was exceptional.

Cons:

Despite the fact there is no AC, there was still cool breezes and the staff furnished us with additional fans.

The WiFi is terrible and can only be used in the lobby. No A/C but we were prepared for that.

Camera pulita e letto comodissimo. Non hanno l'aria condizionata, ma solo la ventola al soffitto. Ho dormito con una finestra aperta (solo la veneziana) e fuori il sottofondo delle onde del mare.

Good service from staff, clean towels and sheets,

Cons:

Bugs, insects, ants, dust on lights fixtures and windows, old building, like a construction workers motel, internet was bad. Small place for 4 people. NO AC, running fan all night long.

Good place, needs a couple of tune ups
Pros:

The location near the park and water as well as a good coffee shop and other restaurantsis a great assets to this property.the front desk team was informative.

Cons:

The wifi situation needs addressing television channels, rely on it.Hence there was nothing to watch and you couldn't access it from the third floor which you had to walk up to.Since there is no elevator.

It wasn’t bad or wasn’t great it was ok.
Pros:

That it was close to the airport and the beach.

Cons:

There was NO AC in any of the rooms and no elevator. It just had 2 fans and a ceiling fan. During the summer it’s hot AF and with the fans and the ceiling that didn’t help cool any one of us down. Count sleep because it was hot even after a shower, you just sweat again.
