松本に泊まるのは初でした。
Pros:

駅から近い。

Cons:

中ドアの鍵が最後まで回らない。
スタッフに伝えました。
禁煙，喫煙の区別があったのを知らずに、喫煙を選んでしまったこと，匂いが寝ていても気になった。次回からは選択肢がある場合には気をつけます。

Solid hotel, close to Matsumoto station, included breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice, the free drinks included iced coffee, which is convenient if you need to rush somewhere. The lamp buttons next to the bed were a nice touch. There were quite a lot of things you could pick up downstairs. The location next to the station is a definite advantage.

Cons:

I didn't like the pillow, not really a deal breaker.
