Cons:

Solo tienen un tipo de leche que es la normal. Cuando pido si hay posibilidad de leche sin lactosa me dicen amablemente que no pueden hacer excepciones con peticiones individuales de los clientes y que solo está esa. Así que me tuve que comprar leche para desayunar. Señores del dpto.de alimentación de Ibis, a dia de hoy casi entorno al 60/70% de la población mundial tiene algun tipo de alergia a la lactosa. Deberían de tener alguna otra opción en un desayuno, a parte de leche normal.

La ubicación del hotel, la amabilidad del personal, su limpieza.

Cons:

No es que no me gustase, es más que era una pequeña incomodidad. No habia bañera ni plato ducha. Con lo que, a l ducharte no solo todo el suelo del baño quedaba mojado, también el inodoro. Si querías después utilizar el servicio, te mojabas los pies, era incómodo.

Incompréhension pour le petit déjeuner, on nous a demandé un supplément pour le petit déjeuner de l’enfant alors que sur booking rien n’était indiqué sur ce sujet.

Schönes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Jeonju
Pros:

Das Ibis Styles war schön eingerichtet, wie man es eben typischerweise von dieser Hotekette kennt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht auf englisch zu sprechen. Das Hotel verfügte sogar über eine eigene, kostenfreie Garage (wobei der Weg dahin recht abenteuerlich erschien). Das Fitnessstudio des Hotels war recht klein aber hatte alles was man brauchte für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe und waren schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war in Ordnung direkt an der Shopping Straße von Jeonju. Zum Hanok Village waren es ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß, was auch verkraftbar ist.

Cons:

Es gab nur ein kleines Fenster im Zimmer, was das Zimmer recht dunkel erscheinen ließ. Das Fitnessstudio machte bereits um 22:00 zu - ich verstehe nicht ganz, warum es ncith 24h geöffnet war. Die Beschilderung am Eingang und an den Aufzügen war etwas verwirrend. Aber wenn man es einmal herausgefunden hatte, natürlich durchaus machbar.
