Location is right by the South Pier and the only plus to this booking
Disgusting front seating area, broken chairs and generally unkept. Bar had been done up but everywhere else was dirty and noisy and generally run down. Bed was 1 double camp bed and 1 tiny single broken bunk bed. Rooms were disgustingly dirty and noise levels were ridiculous. Uncomfortable beds and hardly any hot water. Pretty disgusting all round. Also went for breakfast at 9.15 and lights were out and all shit up and no staff anywhere. Was meant to serve until 9.30. Rooms not ready on arrival so had to sit round for 40 minutes - they did offer a free drink.
The staff were fab and happy to help with anything and comfy beds
Pool table had no tips on the cues kids couldn't play
Location is perfect so handy for the Pleasure Beach & South Pier. Staff were really lovely nice welcome when we arrived. Beds were comfortable lovely pillows and quilts. Breakfast was fresh and tasty lots of choice
Let us store the luggage so we could explore before heading home.
We had no towels in the room not sure if they were meant to be supplied or not.

Lovely location and staff friendly and helpful the room was lovely and clean and loved the shower everything was in good working order and kids enjoyed the holiday

Was cancelled last minute by B&B with two kids had to pay somewhere else still no refund
