We LOVE Intercontinental hotel Dago Pakar!

I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Dago Pakar and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service exceeded my expectations, a lot of kids activities..my children loves it!!

A special thank you to Daffa at the Front Office for his warm hospitality and outstanding service. He kindly arranged a room with a stunning view, which made our stay even more memorable. His friendliness and professionalism truly made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.

Thank you to the entire team for such an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back on my next visit!

Nice Location and Warm Services

The service here is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. During check-in, we were assisted by Miss Rafika, who was very attentive, warm and communicative person. The room was spacious, tidy and comfortable. My kid enjoyed soaking the bathtub. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

A Memorable Family Stay Filled with Warm Hospitality

We had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar for 3 days and 2 nights, from 17 to 19 June 2026, with our family.

We were incredibly grateful to receive a room upgrade from a Classic Room on a lower floor to a Premium Room on the 15th floor, complete with a bathtub and a beautiful welcome surprise written on the mirror wall. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special.

The timing was especially meaningful because 18 June 2026 was our 16th wedding anniversary. This unexpected surprise made our celebration even more memorable and brought so much happiness to our family.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to one of the reception team members who assisted us during our arrival and stay, Rafika.

We had a truly wonderful family vacation at InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar. The hotel offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and exclusivity, making it an ideal destination for families traveling with children.

The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by stunning natural scenery, and provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy city. Our children especially enjoyed the various holiday activities organized by the hotel, which kept them entertained throughout our stay.

What made our experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the hotel staff. A special thank you to Kang Daffa at the reception desk, who welcomed us during check-in. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. He took the time to explain all the hotel facilities in detail and informed us about the children's holiday programs and activities available during our stay. A pleasant short break in Intercontinental Bandung
Pros:

Lobby is clean and has good ambience.
Check in process is swift, big shout out to Kang Daffa with his excellent service. Plenty of parking space, where morning/ afternoon jog would be nice around the area. Again location is a big plus with fresh air. Villa is also available.

Rooms are clean, toilet and shower working properly. However, it would be nice if rooms have windows to enjoy fresh air. AC is cold, we have to set the temp between 26-28.

Moreover, I understand that this is advertised to be more of a business or work hotel, but seeing that a lot of families are staying in InterContinental, it would be nice if they invested a bit more towards the entertainment aspect of the hotel.

Breakfast is pretty good, although can be better for a 5 star hotel. The buffet features a variety of cuisines from around the world, even if it just consists of one or two dishes from a specific cuisine.

Will be back again!
