Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming hotel staff! Amazing location - peaceful and only 5-10 minutes walk to town center. Hotel is very well kept, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and there is parking available. Perfect basecamp for exploring Dolomites!

Perfect, just perfect
Pros:

Everything was perfeeect. Such a nice experience, such a good service and tasty food. Loved it

I think the only thing that would be an extra nice to have in the hotel would be Air conditioning

Pros:

Clean and cozy, really-really good breakfast. We needed to leave early before they started serving breakfast - so they prepared a breakfast package for us in the evening. Fairly good location, within walking distance from the center. Good convenience store just across the street - only be mindful of the siesta hours, when it is closed in the middle of the day. Free parking for all guests, which is a big value in Cortina.

Cons:

No air-conditioning and it was quite hot when we stayed there (top floor, mansarde) and the room heated up from the the roof blasted by the sun. But I think on most days this is not an issue, it was an exceptionally hot weather.
Too pricey for the value that it offers (but remember: it's Cortina - everything is priced like it's gold)

A wonderful surprise
Pros:

A wonderful surprise! The hotel isn’t unnecessarily luxurious, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean, the mountain views are beautiful, and the staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.
